Located right off Route 9N, our deceivingly large, 3BR/2BA home is easily accessible and only 6 minutes from downtown Saratoga’s nightlife and culinary delights. Additionally, SPAC and the Track are only a short Uber ride away.
Feel like staying in? Relax in the large living room with vaulted ceilings and a 65in Fire TV, or cook a meal in our well appointed kitchen.
The Space:
On the west side of the home, you’ll find the main bathroom, the newly refreshed kitchen, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with window AC units, and beds that comfortably sleep two. Each nightstand has easy access to electricity, so no hunting down a spot to charge your phone.
On the east side, you’ll find the dining room with a large table that seats 6-8, our large living room, and primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a smart TV, king-sized bed and ensuite, full-bathroom. Also off the living room, we have an office equipped with 2 desks and 3 monitors.
With the newly installed tankless hot water heater, the whole crew can shower before a night out without interruption.
Out back, relax on the porch or prepare a feast on the grill.
The WIFI speed is up to 200mbps, making your remote work or streaming a breeze.

Summary: Very noisy house right beside route 9 especially at night. Master bedroom shower had poor drainage. Could not sit on deck because of a foul smell could have been a dead animal. Smelled like previous tenants smoked. A plus was so close to downtown.

Summary: Loved this property. Property was clean, spacious and in a good location. Owners are very friendly, accommodating and communicate well. Will definitely look to stay here, again, next year.

Summary: Location is on a major road/highway, and road noise was a real issue, especially at night. Very small sign with house # on it making difficult to find. The house old, with some newer appliances. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker and only comes w/ 2 ice tray. The kitchen has modern appliances. However, the cookware is very worn, very limited, and difficult to use. For example, in order to make a baked dish for 4, I had to buy a glass 9” x 12” baking dish because there was not one big enough to hold 4 pork chops. It was advertised as having a grill, but upon arrival the grill was damaged, rusted, and non-functional. upon reporting this to the owners, they stated that they didn’t live in town, but they would pay for one, if I wanted to pick it up. So no. They then offered a partial refund, which was acceptable. The house has 2 very odd sized levels, where there is one 3” step & other 5” step to be able to get from the entrance way into the kitchen, and then the entrance way into the living room. All 4 of us tripped several times throughout our stay. These steps are marked, but not very well, and are difficult to see at night. Would not be good for anyone who has limited mobility or difficult walking. The owners were very responsive and helpful, which is why I gave a 4-star instead of a 3-star rating. But, given other options, for my family, I would likely not stay again.

Summary: We stayed here to attend a two day concert at SPAC and it was the perfect getaway. The house it beautiful inside and out. Spottless clean and was fully equipped with anything you could need and the best location for any activities in the area. I highly recommend this spot and will book again in the future!

Summary: Property was very nice and in excellent condition. It is close to the road, but that wasn’t really a big issue. The host was excellent and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again, it really is a great location!!

Summary: We stayed here Travers weekend. The house was well taken care of and clean. Our group had plenty of space. No issues getting Ubers to head into town. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was super clean and spacious. Looked just like the photos. It is a short drive from Saratoga Racetrack and many spots for food/supermarket. We apppreciate the hospitality and hope to book again!
