Positive: The interior was beautiful the attention to detail with the decor etc was 10/10
Negative: There were 5 of us who stayed. We couldn't all sit comfortably in the lounge. The beds were so uncomfortable, the street was a bit rough side. Ideal spot for people who are out all day.

Positive: The property was very clean. There were some nice decor features. The kitchen was good, well-equipped. The property was lovely and warm.
Negative: This should not be described as a luxury property. The finish was poor especially in the bathroom. Whilst it looked good in the photographs, it looked poorly finished in person which was very disappointing. The outside of the property at the back (the view from the living room) was scruffy

Positive: Very easy and convenient to park right outside the accommodation. The accommodation was easy to find. The double bed was comfy, we didn't use the bunk bedroom. Good facilities in the kitchen. Lovely hot water for the shower. In spite of being close to university students the street seemed quiet. Would certainly stay again.
Negative: If you were cooking here you would have to eat off of your lap as the "breakfast bar" was quite narrow. As we only ate breakfast here I didn't bother looking for any trays. The wifi router was switched off, once I found it in the main bedroom and turned it on there wasn't a problem.
Summary: Evening football match at the Stadium of Light so needed somewhere to stay.

Positive: The location is great a ten minute walk to the Fire Station where we were going to see a show. The ground floor flat is tastefully decorated and has all amenities. Very nice.
Negative: Although there were tea/coffee supplies there was no milk. We also didn't receive the key code until the next day but called the number on the booking site and was told it over the phone, very helpful.
