Our beautiful home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and 1.5 kitchens, plus an outdoor grill. The loft has 5 additional beds, a futon, a TV with gaming system and two full size bean bag chairs, making it the ultimate hangout and crash pad for the kids in your group. The large basement family room provides another gathering area, complete with Classic Arcade game console featuring 25+ of your favorite old school games (Ms Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, Frogger to name a few) ping pong, and foosball tables, as well as another tv and a walkout patio to the backyard. A two-story picture window in the living room frames a gorgeous view of Lake Lancer.
This modern house has all the comforts of home, but the natural pine interior gives it a log cabin feel. For your convenience, the laundry room has a washer and dryer, and the main kitchen is stocked with all the basics you'll need to cook during your stay. Enjoy snacks or meals at the kitchen island bar, in the dining room, at one of several outdoor seating areas, or even the backyard fire pit.
But the real feature is the location! Breathtaking views are on display year-round.
Access the private, all-sport lake from the backyard. Guests are welcome to use the paddle board, life jackets, and other water toys and accessories. There are boat rentals available from local marinas to rent for an additional fee. In summer months, enjoy swimming, fishing, basketball, biking or volleyball at the house or drive 5 short minutes to 2 scenic golf courses.
In the winter months, enjoy ice skating, ice fishing, sledding hills. Downhill skiing at Snow Snake is only thirty minutes away.
For those with mobility issues, a wheelchair lift provides entry to the house from the garage.

Summary: If you need room for many people this place is for you. There was plenty of room for our family of 12. The house comes with a great variety of water toys! Kayaks, paddle boards, and a float mat! Plenty of life jackets. There was a playroom in the lower level. We all had a great time. However, the kitchen need a few updates. The dishwasher didn’t work and they need some newer chairs ok’ing pans. But, these are minor things.and I am sure that they will be taken care of.

Summary: Overall, the property was really good! We would stay again, but decided we missed having our own beach to play in for the week. Few notes below: Pros -Very spacious for our group of 15 -Well stocked with all items needed: Bedding, bath towels, paper towel, toilet paper, all kitchen appliances, soap, trash bags, etc -Lake was a great size - we had fun on our pontoon and jet ski -Many of the outside toys were available to us - kids had a blast playing on the water mat in the lake -Main bathroom is updated and beautiful -Upstairs loft is huge and great for the kids - has its own thermostat, which was a welcomed surprise (we know how hot lofts can be) -Movies, video games, Netflix all available to use -Friendly neighbors -Responsive and friendly owners Cons -Main back deck is very old and falling apart. The stairs are on a slant and need some major TLC. -2 basement bedrooms are very musty and no windows -Some of the bedding needs to be replaced: Yellowed pillows, comforters with holes in them, etc. -Blinds in the main living room are broken and would not stay open -Basement refrigerator was locked, which was a bummer for the families in the basement that planned on using the basement kitchen -Quite a drive into town if you need anything, so make sure you are well stocked upon arrival (this was not a big deal to us because we like to just hang at the cottage) -10am check out time was very tough on such a large group

Summary: the location was great. The only problem is we had construction worker there all 4 days pour concrete from early morning tell late very noisy. i think a small refund of 50 dollar for each night that we stay would be nice. this was very inconvenient for us
