To the left of the hall is a lovely sitting room with sofa space for all your party and smart TV
A dining room with a large table and chairs
Just off the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen including a cafetiere. Dishwasher and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
All the downstairs rooms have french windows leading out to the sunny garden which leads down to a small river, a great spot for birdwatching.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Large ensuite Kingsize bedroom with dressing room with a cot
Bedroom 2: Ensuite Kingsize bedroom
Bedroom 3: Twin Bedroom (2 single beds)
Family Bathroom: on the landing
Outside: There is a covered area in the garden with garden table and chairs and a Webber BBQ (charcoal not provided). To the front of the house is the old village green.
Please Note: that out of the 6 guests, a maximum of 2 children are allowed in the twin room. In addition, there is a cot available for 1 baby.
