This majestic three story house of over 7000 SQ ft sits on one acre of land inside the Beltway with the Manassas Gap Park at the end the culdesac while having metro bus and restaurants within walking distance.
The house consists of 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms on the two upper floors and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor with a separate entrance. It offers up to 8 private parking on the property.
The ground floor property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a separate entrance. Aesthetically, it takes on a more modern edgy as to the traditional decor of the main house.
As you step into the main entrance to the house, you will find 2 more bedrooms, a full bath, and a powder room as well as 22-foot ceiling family room, a living room, a cozy kitchen, and the dining room that connects to the porch.
On the top floor, there is the en-suite master bedroom, the second en-suite bedroom, and the mezzanine separating them from two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom totaling 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Summary: This Annandale home is located very conveniently off the Beltway, with lots of room for our family gathering of 11 adults. We chose this property because of the number of King bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms for each. The abundance of parking is a plus. The fridge works well. However, relative to the cost and from our experience with other VRBO properties, we were surprised and disappointed at how poorly maintained this once beautiful home was. Half of our group wanted to give a 2 star rating, but I opted for 3 stars because of the location & roominess. Here is a summary of what we found with a few recommendations at the end: Light bulbs burned out in some lamps Toaster not working Bottom oven cooks too hot - temperature is not reliable Kitchen pans are old, warped & dirty Main floor shower doesn’t drain well - standing water Doorbell doesn’t work Front door rug slides and is a fall hazard: 2 members of our family nearly fell Instructions are inadequate for using TV and wifi Spiders in living area No stopper in 2 bathroom sinks upstairs The shower light in upstairs master bathroom is broken - flashes on and off Door knob in upstairs master bedroom w/ royal blue and white bedspread doesn’t work - doesn’t allow you to exit the bathroom Ants in upstairs master bedroom Moldy shower curtain in basement small bathroom Shower rod kept falling down in basement small bathroom One of basement recessed lights flashes on and off Spiders in basement bedroom Only 1 outside barbecue works Liquid hand soap containers in kitchen and bathrooms were nearly empty Dirty tile on main floor and basement Dirty carpets in upstairs bedrooms; throughout home Throw rugs in bathrooms are rag tag & slide easily - fall hazard Towels are threadbare & old Broken blinds in some bathrooms and bedrooms No shampoo and conditioner or dishwashing liquid provided Recommendations: Remedy the issues mentioned above; Repair or throw out what is broken Supply basic incidentals (Supplying inexpensive shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & dishwashing liquid communicate good will on the owner's part. Those are standard items supplied in every hotel or rental that any of us had ever used.) Kitchen needs to be cleaned out and better stocked - Lots of clutter; pans are old, dirty & warped. Whole house needs deep cleaning - stains on carpet, moldings & doors are dirty, tile floors are dirty FYI: Mailbox was full

Summary: We had a group of 11 including kids for a funeral at ANC. Location was great for this as well as the large common areas. We were able to host people easily after the service with the large kitchen and awesome dining area with 2 large tables. The location was great and we were able to get in and out of DC and Arlington very easy. Plenty of grocery stores nearby. The downside is the whole house is pretty run down and could use some updates. The bathrooms were somewhat gross IMO and the beds were all very hard and uncomfortable. There were only 2 counter stools and one of them was missing rungs. We were able to take some counter stools From the basement and bring them upstairs but a kitchen of this size should have plenty of counter stools.

Summary: The mansion is exactly as listed. It was perfect for our family. Beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms (!) and the yard was an incredible place for the kids to play. There are many dining options close by & door dash delivers. Wendy was easy to get in touch with & very gracious.

Summary: Convenient location for our gathering at Arlington Cemetery. Easy to find and access. Good communication with host. Clean and well appointed with an unbelievable amount of space. Everything went smoothly.

Summary: We were in town for a family funeral. The property is so close to 495 we were able to get everywhere quickly and easily -- DC, Springfield, Arlington National Cemetery and Annapolis MD (a family favorite). Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms -- mostly all king or queen beds. Large backyard and grill on large patio. The dining room had 2 tables and we were all able to eat together. ENORMOUS kitchen with lots of unbreakable plates and a million coffee mugs (important for our family) and 3 coffee makers. We really enjoyed our stay.
