This fully furnished lovely semi-detached Belek Villa offers a private and communal pool for your enjoyment. It is conveniently located minutes away from all amenities, including the sensational Land Of Legends Theme Park and Water Park; also 2 beaches, Bars, Restaurants, 1st class European standard golf courses, Anatolia hospital, Belek Jardarm (police Department). With 3 bedrooms, air conditioning in every room plus a top floor TV room, there is plenty of space for everyone during your holiday. The villa is fully furnished with appliances that include a washing machine, Microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven/stove, TV and a DVD player. In addition to the private pool there is also a large communal pool on the complex. Our garden is private and secluded.

Summary: The villa was amazing, but was november an the pool was so cold an we both love swimming an could not go in the pool all week such a shame as looked so inviting, i did try half way an took my breath away, apart from that was lovely was a little out of the way but we got taxi everywhere, the property was imacculate an the property management were very good

Summary: The villa is lovely and private. Only problem was that the description stated minutes from all amenities but it was a 40mins walk to the town and 20 to supermarket. However the bars and restaurants would pick you up and take you home. Eamon and Paul were brilliant and you could call them anytime for help Eamon even took us to the airport

Summary: Nice property with a very lovely pool. The property is as you see it, not luxurious but as reflected on its rental price. Paul & Eamonn also very helpful and friendly. Gavin, the owner was very helpful too, was always ready to help and answer questions via messages. AC wasn’t working too well and overall cleanliness could’ve been better. Would recommend renting a car as its quite hot to walk anywhere in the daytime and to avoid being scammed by taxis.

Summary: We arrived very late for our stay in early August and as arranged the outside lights were left on and the keys were left out for us. The cleaners that are used don't do too good a job but it didn't bother us as since covid19 we disinfect everything again anyway. Nice little villa with lots of amenities, great pool with plenty of space for the six of us. Only 30 minutes from the airport and not too far from local shops which has all you need for your stay. You do need to get a taxi into either the beach, Belek or Kadriye which is closest unless you fancy a 30min walk, but cabs are cheap, 30TY to Kadriye max, but they will try to charge you more to get back. We took the number of a local cab & just rang him when we needed a ride. We enjoyed our stay very much but the villa does need a bit of updating, we were told in advance about paying for the electric, and were also advised about the holiday tax and the need to register with the local police but this was done by the property manager Paul and Eamonn who were great, although it would have been nice if they had told us in advance or even gave us a knock when they came to read the meter at the end of our stay and turned the electric off, If we had known we would have made sure that we were all showered and the villa was left tidier before the power went off, instead of finding out 2 hours later that it wasn't a fault & it would not be coming on again. Just a couple of niggles, 1. there is a problem with ants inside and out, we had to put powder down every day, 2. Outside is very slippery when wet, i myself took a tumble so we had to wear swimshoes most of the time. 3. the local dogs can get very noisy at night but are very friendly, the kids loved them. On the whole we had a great holiday, Gavin the owner was very friendly,he answered any queries before and after we booked very quickly and Paul and Eamonn were there to help once we arrived. The villa is not 5 star but we didn't expect it to be and we certainly didn't pay 5 star money for it. I think the villa is exactly as described, and was even better than we were expecting. Great value, lovely owner & helpful agents, thank you.

Summary: We stayed in this 3 bedroom villa near kadriye, 30min away from Antalya airport. Nice villa with pool and BBQ area but it needs maintenance throughout the villa. It wasn't cleaned properly as there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan in the 4bedroom luckily we didn't have to use that room as there were only 3 of us. Lots of cobwebs everywhere. AC wasn't working very well. Property manager both Paul and Eamonn were great even communication with the owner was great. I have mentioned all the issues to all of them as well. The kitchen has been recently been updated. But the rest of the house definitely needs to be updated.
