Stay at our pristine, newly-renovated 2800 sq foot luxury home in a lovely residential area on the sunny east side of Crested Butte. You can walk, bike or drive to all the restaurants, shops and other amenities that this historic ski town has to offer. A free shuttle bus is located nearby to take you to the base of the mountain or you can access over 50km of Nordic and snowshoe trails. Limitless bike and hiking trails are minutes from the house. Rainbow Park is a short two block walk away.
The house is set up as follows:
There are four bedrooms plus a loft/office with a queen sleeper sofa. All have brand new furniture, mattresses, linens, etc. (sleeps 8-10 1 King, 3 queens and sleeper sofa).
Downstairs is the Master Bedroom and 1 Guest Bedroom with spacious en suite bathrooms. Master bath includes jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower. Also downstairs is a utility/mudroom with individual storage lockers and a laundry area with Bosch front-loading washer and dryer.
On the second floor is the spectacular main living space with a magnificent view and a large open concept modern kitchen, dining, living areas, as well as a pantry and powder room. The Gourmet Kitchen is fitted with Viking appliances, high end cookware, etc. The dining room seats eight and the bar area four. The living area features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a brand new Samsung Smart TV with Sonos sound system. Huge windows offer mountain views from each room.
Two more Guest bedrooms, one a large junior master, are located on the second floor, with a large shared bathroom. Several patios, one with a gas grill, are off the bedrooms and living areas.
A spacious loft is set up as a home office complete with a desk and scanner/printer for those who might want to work in the mountains. High speed Internet and WIFI included. A sleeper sofa, chair, and coffee table complete this office/den or playroom for the kids.
The home sits on 3 lots with a beautiful child and pet friendly fenced yard and attached garage.

Summary: Could not have been a more perfect place for 3 generation family .. Home had everything we needed and walking distance to town and grocery store was an added bonus . Host was very attentive and property manager was 2 steps ahead with snow removal and any questions that arose ..

Summary: We have rented 4 houses in Crested Butte over the last several years, and we love this one the best. Here are the reasons: 1. Location - we love being near town, we can walk to get coffee or groceries or dinner, roads are always well maintained 2. Beds are so comfortable and two bedrooms have en suite 3. Hot tub works great and has a view of the mountain - I cannot possibly explain how relaxing this is 4. The kitchen is so well appointed. We cooked A Lot and we had every utensil, pot, pan and baking ware we needed. The appliances are Viking and work great. The open floor plan is great for cooking and being a part of family time. 5. There is a 3rd floor loft good for getting away or kids playing. 6. The showers and hot water are awesome. The master has a steam shower which is great after being out in the cold. 7. The entry/laundry room has hooks and lockers for ease of taking off and hanging or washing all your gear. 8. The decor is gorgeous. It doesn’t feel like a rental. It feels like a home designed for the comfort of the owner and we appreciated it. We can’t wait to rent this house again!!!

Summary: My family loves coming to Crested Butte and staying in this home. It has high quality finishes and the kitchen is well equipped if you plan on cooking some of your meals. The location is about a 6-7 minute drive to the base area and a 5 minute walk to Elk Avenue restaurants and shops.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Deborah's home. The home is well spaced with room to separate and have quiet time as well as room to be together as a group. They have also left many condiments, sauces, food, and drinks in the refrigerator for ongoing use, and have plates and cups for kids. We had a blast here and Deborah made sure we were settled in and taken care of.
