Welcome to our renovated coastal charmer! Beautifully updated ground floor unit with rear access to the heated pool & Intra-coastal waterway.
We are positive you'll experience a wonderful vacation at Barefoot On The Shores II. It is full of homey comfort and everything you'll need for the pool and beach.
Condo Highlights!
- Newly renovated. Fresh, comfortable and excellently decorated. Crown molding and beachy paint and decor touches throughout.
- No Carpet!
- Beautiful kitchen with clean granite countertops and bright white cabinets. All the essentials are provided, coffee pot, filters, Keurig with pods, sugar, creamer, teas, pots, pans, spices, grilling tools, tea pot, blender, etc.
- Open living area with dining table.
- Living room has new hide-a-bed couch, recliner and flat screen TV.
- Bonus room with hide-a-bed couch, table and chair overlooking the pool.
- Master bedroom has a queen bed with soft, luxurious linens, dresser, closet and wall mounted TV.
- Bathroom has a walk-in shower with dual shower heads including a hand held attachment and updated vanity.
- Newer tankless water heater.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
- Beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, toys, umbrella. Everything you'll need for a short walk to the beach!

- 1st floor unit! No Stairs
- On-site laundry facility is directly at the top of the stairs.
- MUST use parking pass. Limited to one car, no assigned spaces, first come, first serve.
- Must message with all guest first/last names and ages of those under 18 years old.

When you arrive onto this lush, tropical landscape and see the frolicking dolphins, swooping sea birds and manatees, you know you've chosen the perfect vacation spot! This is "Old Florida" but with all newly updated amenities. BBR is impeccably maintained and includes 5 acres of beautiful palms, aromatic hibiscus and a sparkling heated waterfront pool. This is a most desirable key west style community.
- There is a private fishing dock, a heated pool, several BBQ grills, picnic tables, boat slips for rent and the most pristine, sugar sand beach right across the street.

Summary: Perfect location if you enjoy the beach and don’t want to be in the high traffic, busy, more-commercialized beach 3 miles north. Pool area is fantastic, and condo has everything need for a home away from home!

Summary: This was our first time staying at Barefoot and we will definitely be back again! My daughter has CP so it was great being on the ground floor and so close to pool. Beach was a short distance away and the host had everything you could need. Beach, kitchen and bathroom supplies were so helpful. The bed and pull out couch were very comfortable with plenty of linens and pillows. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Summary: My husband, son and I were in Indian Shores to visit a friend who had recently been hospitalized. We rented this unit in Indian Shores to be close to their home in Seminole, and I'm so glad we did. This unit is beautifully decorated & immaculately cleaned! It has soothing beach colors and decor and includes amenities galore. There were beach chairs & fishing rods in the closet, and beach towels provided in the bathroom nook. My 6'2" son slept on the sofa bed in the sunroom overlooking the pool and he said the bed was comfortable. There was also a back door that allowed direct access to the pool. The unit is in the building closest to the dock & intercoastal waterway. It is a very easy and quick stroll across the street to the beach. The location of the complex was a short very convenient to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores nearby. Holly was very kind, helpful and responsive to my many questions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Indian Shores!

Summary: Our family had a great stay! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location right next to the pool. Our daughters enjoyed seeing dolphins pretty much daily off the fishing pier. For transportation, the trolley was easy to navigate and I highly suggest looking into the transit app so you know the location of the next trolley. Salt Rock Grille was a great recommendation but I would definitely call and make reservations as early as possible. The bed was comfortable and the sleeper sofa was adequate for our 5 year old girls. Holly was a great host and responded to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
