Positive: We were very impressed with Martin who greeted us at the front door and showed us personally to our rooms. He was friendly and professional and a really nice man. It was a pleasure to meet him. He had many good recommendations for restaurants and was very knowledgeable regarding the area. Wish we had more time to chat with him.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: Friendly, comfortable, clean room....fully stocked with all you could want. Love it.

Positive: Owner was INCREDIBLY welcoming, friendly, and helpful! He had so many great recommendations, offered to drive us to the bus stop, allowed us to leave our suitcases the next day and even offered us to sit and have tea as we came back to pick them up. The rooms were very cute, homey, and furnished with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, snacks, TV, and extra futon (at least in our room). The balcony was very nice with a beautiful view of the marshes and tall swaying grasses. It's also a short distance from the transportation center and also a short walk from the water/a few different bars/restaurants.
Negative: Perhaps the breakfast; there was a bowl of fruit and pastries left in the fridge for us but I can't eat gluten so an alternative might've been nice but to be fair I am certain that had I mentioned it to the host, he would've ensured I was taken care of!! (Also, we did peek into a few other rooms as we were leaving and it looks as though they had additional breakfast items in their room - i.e. oatmeal, a variety of cereals, etc. so it could've just been a mistake with ours.) Regardless it wasn't a big deal and would still highly recommend this location!

Positive: Very friendly welcome, breakfast was lovingly prepared in the room at the end of the season, owner gave us valuable tips for excursions. It is certainly beautiful there in summer at an affordable price.
Negative: The rooms and the bathroom are very basic. But ultimately everything you need for an overnight stay is there. And the friendly welcome makes us overlook the small room.
