Positive: The quaintness of the Inn. The back patio is lovely w a cool ocean breeze. Lastly, the owner Martin is a wonderful host and gentleman. He is full of charm and made our stay feel special.

Positive: Martin was an incredible host. Called us ahead of time to let us know how to get in, showed us up to the room. They'd filled our fridge with milk, eggs, pastries, and chocolate covered strawberries (for Valentine's day). We were well stocked with granola, oatmeal, cereal, coffee. There was tea, filtered water, and all manner of little touches. The room was beautiful, the view was great, the bed was good quality. We wish we'd stayed longer!
Negative: Hard to really give a negative, but if I had to say anything, I'd say the TV/wifi were a bit off at times. We wanted to put some sports on to give some background noise, but it was hard to get the tv working and playing something. But it was far from necessary.

Positive: The Cape Cod Ocean Manor was very charming and the owner was very nice and accommodating. The location was quiet and beautiful. We had all kinds of breakfast items in our room since it was off season. Pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal.
Negative: The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we are on the picky side of liking a softer bed, so I'm sure for most it is perfectly fine.

Positive: We were very impressed with Martin who greeted us at the front door and showed us personally to our rooms. He was friendly and professional and a really nice man. It was a pleasure to meet him. He had many good recommendations for restaurants and was very knowledgeable regarding the area. Wish we had more time to chat with him.
