Positive: Beautiful historic granite building nicely restored.
Negative: Heating inadequate for winter. This is an open plan living area with a mezzanine where one of the bedrooms is situated. The air-con unit is supposed to double up as a heater but it did nothing to warm the property. There had been no attempt in advance to warm the place and we were travelling with a 3 year old.
Summary: Avoid in winter!
