Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stopover at L'Etang Vergy. Veronique was very welcoming and friendly, she booked dinner at a nearby restaurant for us, and provided a wonderful full breakfast. We enjoyed the sitting area by the fireplace, full of character in such a beautiful setting. Veronique was the perfect host, providing glasses and a bottle opener so that we could enjoy the local wine we had brought. There was plenty of space for our two teenage girls and us parents, and a beautiful garden and surrounding grounds. Wish we could have stayed longer to take in more of the area - another time we hope!

Summary: Veronique is a very warm and welcoming host. It is a great place to stay. The place is in excellent condition, clean and complete. Despite the fact that we were there on a rainy day, the grounds around the house were fun for our three year old to explore (including the swing and trampoline). Breakfast was perfect. We are definitely coming back!!

Summary: If you want to get away from the busy city life then this is your place. Set in a rural setting with plenty of area to move about with no noise of urban life. Old world charm but very comfortable and modern facilities. Good breakfast to get you going for the day. Veronique was a great host and also very helpful for suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place, and will definitely be back again. Cannot describe how good this place is.

Summary: This was one of our best stays on our 2016 Europe trip. The hosts were gracious with conversation, breakfasts were perfect, recommendations for wineries and restaurants very helpful. Hope to return some day for more Burgundy vacation and would plan to stay here again. Communication in english was very helpful.

Summary: A peaceful rural setting but only minutes from Beaune and the vineyards of Burgundy. Our rooms were wonderfully decorated, comfortable and relaxing. Our French country breakfasts were full and delicious (we particularly liked the homemade fig jam). Veronique and Francois were delightful and consummate hosts with the single focus of making our stay as memorable as possible. They were also full of information and recommendations for activities and sights in the area. One such recommendation was to visit the Patriarche Wine Cellars in Beaune, where we toured some of the 5 kilometers and million bottles of their cellars, and samples 13 wines! What a great B&B experience!

Summary: Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 & 12) had a delightful stay here. Veronique and her husband have done an incredible job renovating their enormous farmhouse in Burgundy. They were very friendly & welcoming & the attic where we stayed was spotless, charming & comfortable. There was lots to choose from both mornings for breakfasts and Veronique was an attentive hostess. The best part for the kids was the trampoline & the best parts for us adults were the dinner recommendations, the beautiful country side & the visit to 'Clos de Vougeot' - headquarters for the tastevin (10 min drive away). Thank You for 2 nights in paradise! The Grahams, Toronto
