Recommended for a romantic getaway and sightseeing vacation rental in Barbados which is a very popular vacation location on the island and within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and 24-hour emergency medical center. Golden View Condominiums is set on 5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens and there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, and umbrellas. At this Barbados vacation rental, you have access to an additional swimming pool- right on the beach. You also have immediate beach access from the main road. Our condo rental is situated on the fourth (top) floor of an apartment complex. The property has private security, and elevators, and is in a quiet location. In addition, there is a reception area/lounge area.
We are located close to golf courses, and both fine dining and fast-food restaurants. If you are looking for quiet and exciting nightlife, you are literally within walking distance of bars and nightclubs.
About our condo...Internet and Wi-Fi is on the property - Channels available for US, Canada, UK and more. The rental space also has access to your private sun balcony. There is a coin-operated Laundromat on the 3rd floor. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedroom. It takes Barbados Dollars, 1 dollar lasts for 45 minutes, when turned off, it stores the dollars for reuse. All rooms have ceiling fans. However, because of the position of the apartment and its position on the top floor you can achieve a through flow of air at nighttime if you leave the top window open in the bedroom or bathroom.
Daytime pursuits on the island include a leisurely stroll along the white sand beaches. For the more energetic, there are championship golf courses, as well as tennis and horseback riding. Water sports include diving (scuba diving in the Caribbean is like being in a huge tropical fish tank), water-skiing, para-sailing, and deep-sea fishing for barracuda, king fish, or the famous Barbadian flying fish. Take a trip to the East Coast for fabulous, rugged scenery on the Atlantic Ocean. Visit Harrison's Cave or Sugar Plantation Great Houses. Enjoy swimming with the turtles and tropical fish of colors you can only imagine. Explore the Flower Forest and Orchid World. There is always something to do in Barbados or just relax.
Two malls for fabulous duty-free shopping and a quaint chattel house village. Frequent Public Transport which is regularly available 400 meters easy stroll from the apartment enables you take advantage of this fantastic island without having to hire a car.
