Summary: Very cute, clean and convenient place for us to stay while visiting our son at Fort Novosel! Easy access to base and shopping. I was able to cook meals have dinners together as well as prepare some freezer meals for him to enjoy after we leave. Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed to do that and more! Will definitely stay here again when we return to visit!

Summary: Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while our family was at Fort Rucker for a short military school. Very kid-friendly. The owners were extremely attentive and quick to respond with anything we needed. We hope to be able to stay here again when we are back!

Summary: Great neighborhood and very cozy accommodations. The house was perfect for a group of outdoor enthusiasts - road cyclists and hikers. Loved the quaint nature of the house with all the modern amenities. We’re going back soon.

Summary: My stay at the Cozy Condo went above and beyond my expectations! Upon my arrival, I was immediately impressed with the furnishings and cleanliness both inside and out. It is close to Fort Rucker but also just minutes from downtown Enterprise which has some neat local shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you could think of plus an abundance of different spices for cooking as well. Rich and Kate were great to communicate with and have the place stocked with all of the essentials and then some! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and felt it was both comfy and "cozy". I will definitely be staying again!
