Summary: We couldn't of had a GREATER place to stay for all of us. The house was amazing with everything you need with comfy beds and pillows. We used all bedrooms even the little cottage which was cozy and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for five nights. We even used the the grill.

Summary: Everything the host expressed in the welcome email was accurate and appreciated. The house had more room than we expected. The dock is very nice and it was in a great location to other places on the lake. There are a decent amount of stairs to the dock but expected as this is common for smith lake. I’ve stayed in other locations where the steps to the dock were crazy and you would be exhausted by the time you got to the lake, or back to the house.

Summary: Great location on the lake. The dock is awesome and in great shape. Loved the PWC docks. It’s a 25 ish minute drive to a public ramp to launch your own boat or PWC. The house is great, we didn’t need all the space but there are lots of places to sleep. The driveway is steep and if you have a boat trailer it’s going to be a bit of a challenge getting it tucked in at the top of the driveway, but it can be done.
