This three bedroom, three bathroom unit (sleeps 10 max) on the fifth floor at the Summerwind Resort looks directly onto the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from a large wrap-around balcony.
The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and overlooks the Gulf. Light blocking drapes ensure your sweet dreams! New ROKU TV in master (9/24) The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-size beds. We are also able to offer a new ('23) queen sized pull-out sofa/bed in the living area. We comfortably sleep 8-10 (MAX) Each bedroom has private access to a full bathroom.
In anticipation of your needs, our home is stocked with lots of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment. We also offer FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE expanded digital cable set up. * both the living area and master TV's are Roku*
Enjoy the gourmet kitchen complete with upgrades, such as granite counter tops and fully stocked with anything you would need to dine within.. There are restaurants & very fun bars within walking distance if you want to eat out. Summerwind is THE BEST location on the island!
Our Resort boasts the best amenities on the island: 3 sparkling pools, 3 hot tubs, huge expanded sunning areas and a boardwalk leading to the beach. You can enjoy the beauty of the beach while you exercise in the resort's 3 fitness centers which each overlook the sugar white sands and turquoise Gulf waters.
Our bed linens and towels are professionally laundered at Navarre Beach Laundry. The laundry uses commercial machinery as well as commercial detergent and bleach to ensure all linens are fresh and clean. Our highly rated Management Company now makes all beds with a freshly laundered top cover and blanket after each guest’s stay.

Summary: The owner called me right after I booked the condo to introduce herself and told me who to contact if I needed anything before and during my stay. That set the tone for a great trip especially with us planning to relax before my husband’s surgery. The condo was clean, had plenty of room, and had a beautiful view. Spending time with family is always awesome and the beach is good for the soul. Will definitely stay here again and thankful to the amazing owner for her kindness and being so attentive.

Summary: Do yourself a favor and just go ahead and book Lynn’s GORGEOUS, UPDATED, IMMACULATELY CLEAN Beach Paradise Condo!!! Location, Location, Location as you are surrounded by beautiful ocean views from the condo and lovely furnished balcony, and are literally steps away from putting your toes onto the soft, white, sandy beach!!! Lynn was absolutely excellent to work with and was so kind and helpful with any questions and requests we had!!! This is a most definitely loved beach home as so much has been put into it to assure her guests comfort!!! The beds are so comfortable as is the seating in the beautiful living area!!! The kitchen is a chef’s dream, but not to worry if you don’t feel like cooking because there are fabulous restaurants galore nearby!!! Every amenity in this lovely resort was enjoyed, especially the warm and very clean hot tubs!!! Lynn’s magnificent beach condo is a definite guarantee that you and your family and friends will have a wonderful, relaxing time and beautiful memories to cherish!!!

Summary: This is hands down the most beautiful VRBO we have stayed at. The unit is absolutely wonderful, and came with everything you could possibly need. The furniture in every room was comfortable and well cared for. All of the beds had comfortable mattresses. The couches were extremely nice, which made relaxing enjoyable. The large kitchen table was perfect for cards and games. The views are amazing! You can see the gulf and the sound side from the unit. The walk to the beach is about 3 min. I did note that the very nice walkway made the beach easily accessible! There is a wheel chair ramp and stairs to exit on to the beach. The property is meticulous maintained all day long. We constantly saw staff walking around caring for the property. One of the 3 pools was heated and all3 hot tubs were on. They had water aerobics daily at 1 in the pool. I could go on and on about this property! I am a very picky traveler, and this absolutely checked all my boxes. The owner is very kind and instantly replied to my questions . I highly recommend this property, you will love it!

Summary: Place was not as nice as it read. Appliances were all in poor shape. Living room rug was very dirty.Beach service Dominated the beach. The beach service placed umbrella's way too close to each other and took the whole Front row of the beach. Would not return to this place do that alone.

Summary: The condo was beautiful. The floors were very sieru the kids feet weee black after just a few minutes. The did come the next day and mop again. Very nice when I called to report the problem.

Summary: Beautiful view of the ocean, we saw dolphins every day! I was impressed with the staff, always working to keep the property and pools clean! Lynn checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying out stay!

Summary: We had an amazing trip. My entire family was there. The condo was everything it said it was! The weather was beautiful the entire time. I would highly recommend it to anyone. During our stay, we had a breaker blow the first night. Someone came up and took care of it quickly.

Summary: This was a great stay for my family. My in-laws, wife and kids all stayed together and we had a great experience. The host was great at communicating and checked in on us via txt. The condo complex was great and our unit was excellent. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. My only gripe is that there were no leftovers. What I mean by that is often condos have left over spices, salt/pepper/sugar/whatever. Its just a small gripe and really not that big a deal. Just means you bring your own stuff (we did for the most part). I'm grateful for a great place to stay and a wonderful experience!
