Summary: We had a wonderful time in KY. This is the cutest house with the most wonderful little towns around it. We came to Fort Knox to see our son graduate. We had 6 adults with us. There was plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. The only thing I would ask to change is the flag out front. It is quite tattered. With a base so close, I’m sure a lot of army family use this house. Please get a new flag. Thank you!! :)

Summary: We had an absolutely lovely stay at Countryside Getaway! The property was spotless and had everything we needed! Our kids loved the large yard and gazebo, and since we were in town for a baseball tournament, the corn field made us feel like it was Field of Dreams!! The owners were very communicative and responded quickly when we had a question. We were gone much of the day with baseball, but wish we had had more time to spend exploring the area and enjoying the peacefulness of the property. Hope to return soon!!

Summary: Lovely farm area with expansive views and a beautiful gazebo. It was a bit of a drive to most distilleries and attractions, but to be able to retuen "home" to the home was just what we needed to relax with a home cooked meal, play games in the gazebo or chat by the fire pit. A calm place to wind down

Summary: We had a great time. The house was perfect for family time. There were a few hiccups. The WIFI didn’t work well, as only two of us from the group could connect. There were DVD’s that entertained the kids. Unfortunately it was too cold to utilize the gazebo, but it looked great.

Summary: We loved the fire pit (wood provided) and the privacy of the yard. Sitting on the front porch watching the stars is fantastic. Host is friendly and easy to work with. So many things to do in this area between the Bourbon Trail, the horse farms in Lexington, the oldest restaurant in Kentucky (and oldest Bourbon bar in the world) at the Old Talbott Tavern, and check out eating at Castle Farms restaurants. Downtown Versailles is also very nice with a drive thru horse country on Old Frankfort Pike. Cheers!
