Positive: The cottage is located in 5-7 minutes walk from the central square. Accessible by every car, private parking on the territory. The views are awesome. Inside there is everything you need, modern comfortable euqipment and furniture. The hosts are great people!

Positive: Fresh new chalet with great views, washing machine, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, terrace, and a very cosy and big sofa. Very nice shower, big enough, and a comfy house. !!Pay attention: the direction via the booking app will bring you to another chalet!! You'd better write "Rosa's guesthouse", but don't literally follow the directions- both Waze and Google maps will take you to the upper road- which is super narrow and steep. Better talk to Rosa, the owner, and she will direct you to a better road which is not found on any map, from the main Mestia's road. It's super easy to get to the chalet actually.

Negative: I think because the chalet is pretty new it lacks several important things: 1. No curtains on the ground floor. It would have been nice to have blackout curtains for privacy, 'cause the steps to the upper floor are super steep and it's unreal to take all of your belongings to the upper floor. 2. No netting on the windows. Lots of insects, in the majority flies- enter the chalet. 3. No AC. We stayed during October, so it wasn't super hot, but even though, the house turned to the east and it will be very hot in summer. 4. If anyone is going up/down the stairs or just going inside the house- it shakes... This can wake you up, which is not very comfortable.
