Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of the many of the special touches like the sun-lit Arizona room, beautiful outdoor patio spaces and stunning views and fully equipped kitchen. There were a couple of minor things that came up and Sherry was immediately responsive and nothing impacted our stay. This a lovely home and we had a wonderful stay.

Summary: The owners represented the property 100% accurately. Unfortunately, we left 9 days earlier than our intended stay due to the coved-19 restrictions across the country. The owners worked very satisfactorily with us to provide an appropriate refund for the days we were unable to stay. VRBO's website stated that they would also prorate our service fees due to cover-19 during their specified dates of occupation but to date, we have not received them. We do understand that VRBO is backlogged. VRBO, please contact us to let us know status. We would LOVE to return to this property; it truly met our highest expectations!

Summary: Great property, well maintained and in a great location. The Guthries were very responsive to questions and ready to assist. The only issue we had with the property was a lack of a functioning outdoor grill. But this is not uncommon in our experience with Vrbo rentals. We still had a great time.

Summary: This house had everything we needed or could think of . Beautiful out doors area with lots of setting and even a fire pit and television. We loved the sitting area off of the kitchen.Thanks for a Great place!

Summary: We had a nice stay ,loved the seating area off the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the grill and use the fire pit and eat a few of the fresh oranges off the tree.
