Summary: Nice house in a quiet subdivision just a few minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The listing was advertised as 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen) and 3 full bathrooms. It actually has 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) and only 2 full bathrooms. We had fun joking around who was going to find the 3rd bathroom. Having a roll of toilet paper in the garage doesn’t make it count as a bathroom. This might help others to know when they are booking it. It would also be good to have enough plates and bowls for the number of people that can sleep in the house. There’s also no knife for cutting. Only butter knives. The fireplace doesn’t work. I would recommend having a welcome packet inside the house that contains info on WiFi password, info on when and where trash should be taken, and suggestions on local places. Another tip for future guests - for the single brew coffee, only put in the amount of water you want to end up on your cup. Don’t fill the whole reservoir because you will have your coffee mug overflowing.

Summary: Home was beautiful and clean. In a new and quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. It was a great trip and even easier with such a great rental!
