Welcome to "A Home by the Sea" located across the road from peaceful Toogoom Beach, miles and miles of almost deserted white sandy shoreline that feels like it belongs all to you. Don't forget to bring your furry friends to enjoy the beach too!
Key features of this home include - Low set, 4 bedrooms (1K, 2D, 1S, 1 Trundle) accommodating 8 people, bathroom + ensuite, beautiful outdoor entertaining area overlooking a sparkling in-ground pool with gas Bbq, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, security screens, air conditioning to lounge room, ceiling fans throughout, TV with Telstra TV with Netflix, Wifi, across the road from an "off leash" beach, outside pet friendly - 2 dogs max.
A minutes drive and you will find a small complex with our local pharmacy, convenience store & hairdresser. Drive 5 minutes further and you'll arrive at a choice of 2 restaurants - Goody's Waterfront Restaurant and Salty Squid Licensed Bistro or maybe you'd like to launch your boat from the Toogoom Boat Ramp and catch lunch/dinner instead!
Toogoom is a seaside suburb of Hervey Bay meaning "A Place of Rest" located 15 minutes north of the Hervey Bay Cbd.
Please note:
*Outdoor Tv pictured not in working condition* and *double lock up garage is not available. There is room for your cars on the driveway though*
Sheets, towels & bathmats are not supplied and can be hired for an extra charge. Outside pet friendly - 2 dogs maximum as per council regulations.

Summary: Lovely property in a quiet area water just a very short distance from your front door, hervey bay just a short drive away. Lovely small inground pool to keep the kids occupied while the adults enjoy a few drinks under the covered BBQ area. Would recommend if you are chasing peace and quiet and relaxation.

Summary: Check in was easy thanks to our real estate. House has heaps of room and was nice and clean on arrival. Less than a 5min walk across the road and we were at the beach. As for the pool what can I say but OMG it was the best the 3 kids age from 3yrs to 15yrs loved it I think they used it twice a day. The outside patio n bbq was perfect for our bbq dinners while the kids were swimming. Would highly recommend to stay here to anyone.
