Positive: The staff was great and made sure I was able to arrive and get in to my room after hours.
Negative: Not even a coffee pot or kettle in the room. Most hotel rooms have at least that.
Summary: It was adequate. I just needed a bed for the night and it was fine.

Positive: The property seems to have been recently acquired and redone. They did a good job with what they have - inviting lobby, cozy with fireplace, games and books. Pool was a huge draw for kids. Game room/arcade is theoretically a bonus as well but we couldn’t figure out how to make most of the games work. Great location - restaurant right next door and just a couple minutes to mountain.
Negative: Our room - two queens - literally had not a single drawer or cabinet. Nothing. Not even in the bathroom. There was a single shelf and bar with a few hangers above the fridge/microwave but otherwise you just had to put your stuff on the floor/under the bed/etc. This may not sound like a big issue (and for some people, it really may not be) but for us it made the room much more difficult to enjoy. Windows were suuuper inefficient and did not keep out cold well. Granted it was very cold when we visited but it was hard to maintain temperature. Out room face the parking lot/restaurant and there were outside lights on 24/7 that we could not fully block out with blinds.
Summary: Cute and cozy stay in great location, but lacking some basic comforts

Positive: Room was clean and spacious, seemed fairly recently renovated. Rec room, game room and pool were a hit with the kids! Nice to have.
Negative: Room was above pool and had a bad smell. Pool smell also very strong (not like chlorine, not sure what the smell was)

Negative: For the price ($340/night), I wish this hotel served an included buffet breakfast and being a ski hotel it should also have a hot tub.

Positive: The hotel is very nice. Great location if you are going skiing. My only complaint is the heat was set way too hot. Rooms were not comfortable, I had to open the window to get some cold air in.

Negative: Very sparse room. We stayed for two nights. Disappointed after returning from a full day of skiing that room had not been tidied up by room service.
