Positive: The room : It was clean and good enough for 2 persons, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and enough space, the variation of breakfast was also good. The location : We were to staying here because it is near to the Viking museum that we want to visit. It is also near the Copenhagen and highway. You don't need to booked a parking space, you can park in the hotel area and they have decent space for parking. The staff : They were friendly and helpful.

Negative: For a 4 star hotel, they don't have an airco so that was a bit disappointing, we need to open the big window for a fresh air from outside. We want to have a room next to each other on a same floor since we traveled with our 2 boys, but apparently they don't have room on the same floor with different bed requests (queen en twin beds), and I didn't get the confirmation earlier, only when we arrived for check in (we were arriving late in the hotel). They were kindly offered that we can choose tomoved to same floor on the next day, but since we only stayed for 2 nights it wasn't convenient for us so we stayed in the room that we booked. They charged deposit for mini bar and snacks in the room, though one of the room didn't have a minibar, but luckily the returned the deposits after 2 weeks.

Summary: It is an ok place if you're only looking for a place to sleep

Positive: This hotel has a great potential but somewhat missed the opportunity. The benefit is a free parking. Breakfast was good, bathroom was clean and modern.

Negative: There was a strange smell in a room upon our first entry - almost like smoking was allowed in a room. When window is opened to bring in a fresh air there is quite a noise from trains and trucks. Stains on a room's carpet.

Positive: Good room at reasonable price. Excellent breakfast. It was convenient that the hotel has its own restaurant as the location is a bit remote at an industrial estate.

Negative: nobody at the front desk in the morning.

Positive: We were allowed to leave the car at the parking lot after check out to explore the city some more.

Negative: The housekeeping left the window open in our room for entire day, what made the room freezing cold and the only solution of the staff was giving us a radiator. I don't have to mention that if the window in open for entire day in December in Denmark all fabrics became damp including our clothes and bedding. I spent most in the evening in sweater in the room. No responsibility taken. Breakfasts modest and monotoneous.
