This beautiful Ranch style home comes complete with bedding, kitchenware, furnishings, towels, etc. All you need to bring is your swim suit! It has 5 bedrooms plus a loft with 3 1/2 bathrooms, and can sleep 12+ people comfortably. Comes with Internet WiFi and 3 Smart LED TVs for streaming to help you enjoy your time at the lake even more! The flat lot is very large and is private from the neighbors. Easy walk to the water! It offers 155 feet of water front with a boat house, containing life vests, 2 Waverunner/Jet Ski docks and a boat dock. It has a large great room with amazing views, nice large outside deck, and granite countertops in nice, open kitchen. Comes with washer and dryer, and all gas, electric, water, and trash pickup is included. There is no doubt that you will have a great time if you decided to stay at our lake home! Can be used for family vacations, relaxation, weddings, reunions, etc.

Summary: the feature that really makes this stand-out from all the rest is the amazingly large living area with high ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the water. The best for entertaining larger family gatherings

Summary: This home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of everything- space, beds, seating, and linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. The manager was great and responded quickly about our only problem of television connection. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time at this lake house. This was our 5th annual family trip and it was one of our favorite houses. Great location, wonderful views, nice and spacious both inside and outside. Property Manager was great to work with.

Summary: Easy sloped yard that leads to the dock. The house is spacious with lots of seating for mealtime. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Beach towels, life jackets, extra fridge in the boathouse. Covered and uncovered dock. Place to anchor your pontoon boat and two portable jet ski docks. Our favorite place at Lake Martin. Lisa, the property manager is awesome!
