This town is a farm community of 4,500 people established before the Civil War. Located 2 blocks from the beautiful, newly renovated downtown, easy to see within walking distance. Don’t forget the nationally known Louisburg Cider Mill and our big cat rescue, Cedar Cove are also local attractions!
You will enjoy walking or driving around our small town. There is no bus, or local taxi service. If you desire a short fairly quiet bike ride there are sidewalks along 68 Hwy that meet up with the local walking/biking trail. Not too long or difficult.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. We had a place to play games and bake cookies and have a space to make suppers together and share our meals. We love the beautiful house. Hope to be able to visit again next year

Summary: This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The small town where the house is located is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We came for a concert at GEHA Stadium and it was worth the drive for the location and to have a furnished house with a yard. Anything comparable closer to the stadium would have been a lot more expensive. I would definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

Summary: This is an older home, if you are look for grand elegance this may not be the place for you. The third bedroom (with the 2 twin beds) is very small and has a curtain instead of a door (not an issuer for us). But, this home was easy for my older mother to get around in, she has trouble walking. There was space to hangout. All kinds of extras and amenities. It felt like staying at Grandma’s house. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and safe. I’m n fact the whole town was cute with lots of little thrift stores. Quick and easy access to the highway. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This cute home WAs perfect for our trip to Cider Fest at Louisburg Farm. We were just a quick drive to the farm, close to restaurants, found a super cool antique store within walking distance, and the home felt cozy like we were staying at grandmas! The home had everything you need and more and we would certainly stay again!
