Positive: The location was perfect for us to travel the next day. The flat was very comfortable and we instantly felt like at home. Bed was very comfortable too. Thanks a lot for welcoming us even with a late check-in.

Negative: We liked everything. There was nothing not to like.

Positive: The place was well equipped, clean and beds comfortable.

Negative: The surrounding looked unstable and neighbours were saw looked like they have problems with their lifestyles :( didn’t feel myself quite safe or comfortable in that area.

Positive: Clean, quiet, comfortable small apartment. Key code messaged to us before arrival. No fuss. Tea & coffee available in kitchen. Short walk to Nickstabadet Beach.

Negative: It would have been good to know in advance whether the hosts would be present. We assumed they would be at home, but in the end we never saw them. Some of the nearby pavements/footpaths are steep, so give yourself enough time if you are going on foot to catch a bus or train. Also, not a criticism of A&M - but we wish Booking.com would provide more transparency around homestays.

Positive: The stay with Agnes and Martin was just great. Hospitality 10/10, they are so kind and friendly and caring, and the apartment is just really very cozy and the kitchen bigger than it looks on the pictures. I got stranded in Nynäshamn on a cold and snowy day after a very long journey, the ferry didn't go anymore due to the weather, and then under these circumstances coming home to such a warm and kind environment was just the best that could have happened to me. The room was very cozy with a comfortable bed, there was tea and coffee prepared, some sweets, I was even offered soup, and it was very quiet and relaxing there with some atmospheric lightning. Agnes and Martin where also there when I stayed but I didn't hear them at all. We just had some lovely chats in the kitchen, and the overall communication was very good and easy. Can only strongly recommend to stay with them, I would love to come back one day!

Negative: There is nothing that could be approved. It's perfect.
