Positive: I loved everything about the house, 4 bedroom 5 bathrooms, each room had a stand up shower and a balcony
Negative: When we got there it was storming so we didn’t know we had to flip the breaker box to get the hot water to work but I contacted the office really late Friday night and someone was there to fix it early Saturday morning
Summary: My group enjoy our trip I will be sure to rent from this company again when I go back to Florida

Positive: Location was great. Beautiful home.
Negative: Here’s what I have so far: It was good. Nice house and great location to everything. My rating would be a 3.5. CLEANING: The floors felt gritty with sand, counters not clean. I picked up the fake bowl of fruit on the island and the counter was dirty, not to mention the bowl had dirt & sand in the bottom of it. In general, I felt they could’ve cleaned a little better before we arrived. *A taller broom handle (regular size broom) would have been nice too. *KITCHEN: •Dish Rags & Dish Towels: •There were only 2 dish towels, and ZERO-dish rags. *At least have enough for a 5-7 day stay. *The kitchen wasn’t stocked well enough when accommodating a party of 12. •LACK OF DISHES •LACK - SILVERWARE especially for a party of 12. ***It seemed like the kitchen was barely stocked enough with the bare minimum.*** TOWELS & WASH CLOTHS Are “worn out” and “ruff”. So if you get a sunburn it hurt to use the towels & washcloths. BATH MATS-HORRIBLE: they were thin and the least bit of water soaked them up. They felt like they did not help. And like they could fall apart in the washer. SHEETS: On the bed in the first bedroom seemed worn-out and thin. It would’ve been nice to have a back up set - for each bedroom. HOOKS!!!! It’s a beach house, you know people are going to need to hang towels and bathing suits and they literally had 4 hooks and didn’t want us hanging things over the balconies. There were PLENTY of spaces to hang hooks, even over the door hooks on bathroom doors and stuff!
