Summary: Unfortunately the reviews about the ride staff were true in my experience. Also, no fan in the room when it was 35 degrees was very uncomfortable. There are far better options close by at the same price point.

Summary: took 40 mins to stay on the line for the staff to respond, just to say the check in at 3pm, when we came with family with a baby on troller at 10am.

Summary: Great affordable option for Vienna. Spacious room with everything you need (even a hairdryer which I didn’t expect in a hostel!). We pushed the twin beds together and they kept sliding apart during the night but otherwise all good. Close to the main station so very convenient for travelling and for the Spar supermarket.
