Satellite Dish and internet..all included in the rental price. Nice front porch, and large rear deck.The property is completed fenced and a gated entrance. Conveniently located 50 miles from Orlando and 40 miles from Tampa. A rustic setting.

Summary: After my wife and I cleaned 'Pearl in the Woods', we had an wonderful stay. The place had everything we needed. The rear porch was secluded and warm. The owner was easy to contact and he answered all questions readily. There was occasional dog barking, but we called it singing for supper and got used to them. Overall, a nice stay.

Summary: The Pearl in the Woods property was a great home away from away. Our stay was work related over a few months, the home provided a peaceful place to live during our time. The home was spacious and well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard and both front and back decks. The owner, Wayne, provided all info needed and was great about communicating thru out our stay to ensure we had all that we could need.

Summary: This place is truly a Pearl In The Woods, a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It was a great location to use as a jumping point to explore the keys by kayak near St. Petersburg and Clearwater or to Crystal Bay to have a chance at seeing some manatees, or any area on the Gulf coast. Close enough for a day trip to Orlando (get an epass at CVS or Publix for the tolls and activate it the day before you plan to be on the tollway). We really appreciated being able to return here each evening to a quite place to unwind after the drive. Wayne, thank you for the experience. We had a great time!
