Summary: We recently spent 2 nights at this Edgecomb property. This unit was perfect for our 2 families that included 4 young adults from 15 - 21 years. Not only is there a nice kitchen and living area in the upper part, but this home also includes a kitchenette located in the bottom along with a bedroom, bathroom, and a living area. This downstairs living room provided a place where movies could be watched and games played without interrupting the parents. All 4 bedrooms are very spacious and each includes their own bathroom. We would highly recommend this accommodation. It was easy to work with the owner and the home was clean and well kept.

Summary: The property is spacious and comfortable especially the basement. But basement was dark and lights not working. There was no ironing board even if there was an iron. Bit of a hassle as we were attending a wedding. Could not find any laundry detergent and supplies. Kitchen is a bit small.

Summary: Great house with lots of space. 4 bedrooms with 4 full baths was perfect for our party of 5 friends. Very clean and was a short drive to the lovely area of Boothbay harbor. Would definately book again.

Summary: We stayed recently and the home is great! The location is right across the river from the town of Wiscassett and a short drive to Bar Harbour for quaint shops and food. Also, if you love ice cream you have to hit Blanchard’s creamery. Probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The property manager is great and communicates quickly. There was easily enough space for the 10 of us and the 4 bathrooms are great for large groups. The downstairs/basement area is furnished and has a bedroom with two beds, a full bathroom, a kitchenette as well as a living room with a large sectional. Our group never felt crowded and the neighborhood is very cute and walkable to see the sights. We had a great stay and will definitely consider it again on future travels!
