Summary: The place was spacious and nice for visiting in. A few things just felt a little inconvenient for the stay that weren’t necessarily listed in the posting. The owners live just below, as well as the other side of the wall by the kitchen so we felt we didn’t have a ton of privacy. There is a grandfather clock that goes off every 30 minutes, as well as dogs that were barking at early times in the morning. Beds weren’t very comfortable, and made kind of a crinkle sound when you laid on it. It was also quite hot in the building.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the property with my two grown sons and their spouses while we attended a family wedding in Saskatoon. It was the perfect location and great to have our own space to come back to at the end of the day. The neighborhood was quiet and family oriented. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Number one the house had a terrible odour about it - had to open windows Kitchen chairs were discus singly dirty with animal hair on them The beds needs to be replaced as not comfortable at all - hollow on one side from people sleeping in same place - my sister in law said the same thing about her bed Have done some nice upgrades to house but not at level for VRBO or Air B & B Would probably never book it again

Summary: It should be specifically stated in the listing that the owners are right underneath you. I was disappointed to get noise complaints and BANGING (very hard) from the owners on our door to quiet down.
