Summary: Patti provides the perfect home for a family get together…comfortable beds and pillows with soft linens, large soft towels and plenty of extra blankets for the beds or to cuddle up on the comfy sofas to enjoy the cute, warm fireplace. We were greeted with bottled water in the fridge, festive candies and a wonderful aroma throughout the home. It was all so inviting! Patti has thought of everything you need for an enjoyable stay…fully stocked kitchen, baths and laundry, tvs in all bedrooms and the living space, even a bed for our dogs, pooper scooper and a towel to dry off their paws when they came in from the snow. The home was a great location for us to meet up with my elderly parents from Texas to attend the Chili Bowl. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: Neighborhood is very nice & quiet. Love the washer & dryer. Good layout of the home. Has cable & TV in living room & all the befriend. Beds are very comfortable. Owner is very easy to contact & quick to respond. Living area is nice & open so very livable & feels just like home when your are there. There are extra throw blankets, games, books - owner just makes you feel like you live there.

Summary: Patti is the best host I have ever had. She really went above and beyond. Lot's of communication and it seemed like she really cared about making our family gathering perfect. The home itself is very cute and comfy. Very clean place. It had everything we needed and if it didn't Patti would likely make sure it did before we left. It really worked out for us and so glad we stayed there.

Summary: This was my first ever experience of staying at a bnb. Patti had the place looking so cozy and warm with all of the americana decor, and it worked perfectly as we were staying there the 4th of July weekend. She kept in contact with us about the storms coming in, and I really appreciated that. It was such a delightful experience and I hope that all of my other bnb experiences from here on out will be just as comforting. Thank you again for welcoming your home.

Summary: Stayed here for the 2nd time for a week and loved it again. Love the layout of the home and it has everything to make you feel right at home, beds are very comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped, vary spacious home. Loved the fenced yard and special touches for our puppy that stays with us too. When we had a water issue (nothing to do with the home - a neighborhood issue), Patti was easy to contact and was quick to find a resolution for us. We will definitely stay again when we are in town.
