We offer all-inclusive private accommodations for your short or long term stay. Comfort and relaxation await you at this Victorian home nestled in the beautiful woods of the south hill area in Ithaca, NY. We provide a perfect four season escape for those who seek modern comforts and exceptional hospitality.
Our gorgeous Guest House includes an intimate garden with a bi-level deck which leads to the private entrance. Enter into a modern updated kitchen, custom designed bathroom, dining area, and living area (with a queen size pull-out sofa bed) on the first floor. The upstairs has a separate serene bedroom with both a queen and twin bed. The Bunny Trail Guest House provides ample space to accommodate up to five guests.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. A welcome basket awaits you as well as coffee, tea, and chilled water.
To assure the safety and wellness of our guests and staff, we have gone over and above our normal cleaning routine and implemented the following:
• We are providing hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and face masks for your convenience.
• Accommodations will be left empty for a minimum of 24 hours then cleaned and disinfected between guests.
• Check-in directions are emailed in advance. No in-person contact will be made before, during, or after your stay.
• Credit cards are charged (and receipt emailed upon request)
• We are always reachable by phone or email!

Summary: Thank you for hosting our small group! The Bunny Trail Guest House accommodations worked perfectly for us. This was the first time we have traveled with our pets, and our first time staying in a pet friendly VRBO. The home was clean without any sign of previous pets' presence! I had seen it in previous reviews, but I will mention that the staircase to the bedroom is steep. The stairs are wooden without a rug or grip surface. I have a leg injury, so it was noticeable for me, but not problematic and did not affect the experience of our stay. The bedroom is a separate floor and space within the guest house, so if stairs are a concern for you I wanted to make mention of that. We had a lovely time in Ithaca, it is a beautiful city! Many thanks for hosting our visit!

Summary: We stayed in the Guest house of this beautiful Victorian house just a short drive from downtown Ithaca and Cornell. The property had all the facilities for our 3 night stay and Janette was super host.

Summary: Highly recommend this rental! Very clean and comfortable. Has a great shower and comfy bed. Had exceeded our needs and every detail was thought of by the owners. Very convenient to Ithaca but felt far enough out of town to feel tucked away and private. Wish we would have stayed longer and will definitely stay again! Thank You!

Summary: The house was exactly as they described. Extremely clean and suited our needs perfectly. The house was set up perfectly. We relaxed on the outdoor hammock and hiked nearby trails. Great host, highly recommend. We will definitely be staying there when we come back to Ithaca.
