This is a duplex; the location is at the back of the house. It has a private driveway, entrance, yard, and firepit. We offer four bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One bedroom and both bathrooms are downstairs, three bedrooms upstairs. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are available. Also included is fire pit with wood, plenty of chairs, a charcoal BBQ grill and a furnished covered porch. The heat and air conditioning are controlled by our guests. There are ample country roads for biking, running or walking. This is a country location with well water, we have recently added a whole house chlorinating water treatment system.

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend to see the eclipse. We had a small issue with the lockbox checking in but they were super quick to rectify that as the owner lives next door. We loved the grounds because it gave my 2 year an opportunity to explore. The house is up on a hill so you do get a nice little view of the lake as well. It’s an old farm house and it has a lot of charm. Everything we needed was provided. It is also close to all the wineries in North East. I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Conveniently located to everything. This rental served all of our needs. Very clean well maintained. Extra room outside and fire pit made it very nice

Summary: What a serene and beautiful place in the middle of a grape vineyard and fruit trees. The porch was delightful to watch sunrises and sunsets and the house was HGTV quality decorated and furnished with comfortable furniture. Already booked our return.

Summary: Very nice old farmhouse in a beautiful setting on vineyard. The house was extremely clean and has everything you need for your get away. The property manager was very clear with her communication. We will stay here again on our next trip over to Lake Erie!

Summary: This was a very nice place in the vineyards of NY. Eagles soaring overhead and close to beaches of Lake Erie. There was an issue getting checked in but the hosts were quick to remedy the situation and get us into the property.
