The winter gives a lovely view of the lake. The home has ample space for large gatherings: first floor master bedroom with King bed and full en suite. Second full bath on first floor. Second floor King bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom with bunk bed and a 4th bedroom with twin beds. Fully outfitted kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, coffee grinder, cordless wine opener, toaster, cookware, crock-pot, blender, stock pot and service for 8. Full size washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms. AC in (3) of the 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (twin beds), has multiple floor fans. There is also a 3 seasons porch with a queen sized bed and wrap around windows for those who wish to enjoy the fresh country air.
1.5 miles to the public lake beach and rent kayaks for the day, or stroll around Hammondsport town square and sample the food and wine/beer at the many incredible restaurants. There are art festivals, music festivals, and other fun events almost every weekend.
