This beautiful home has a brand new full kitchen, central air conditioning and 3 full bathrooms. With two comfy king sized beds, one queen, a tranquil garden room, pool table room, and cozy living room this is the perfect home for entertaining, family reunions, or traveling groups.
Need more space? Inquire with us about booking the charming 2 bedroom basement apartment too and gain access to the entire property! Please note the internal door between these units will be locked at all times unless the whole home is rented by a single party.

Pet Policy:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. We really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.

Summary: Three of us were looking for a place fairly close to home to quilt together. Our stay was wonderful. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but it was ok.Downtown Albany has some great shops and restaurants. The host was excellent about communicating with us and making sure all are needs were met.

Summary: We very much enjoyed staying at this well decorated and supplied lovely home! We enjoyed the pool table and a coffee table big enough to do our puzzle. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again for sure!

Summary: We had a great stay! Beautifully decorated, very up to date in a charming old home. The herb garden out front was added benefit! Mary was excellent at communications. Only negative is a train going by in the night, blowing its whistle, but I’m not sure how that could be helped! Highly recommend this charming home.
