Very set in a well maintained garden in perfect harmony with the natural environment. The peaceful complex is surrounded by marvellous olives trees, bougainvillea, jasmine and perfumed juniper.Costa deli Ulivi ,lies on the North-Eastern coast of Sardinia Island, right in the middle of Mediterranean Sea, just one or two hours from the main European cities and 30 minutes from Rome. Within a couple of hours and less, you can visit many extraordinary places; but the main attraction however is the sea itself; the cleanest and most transparent sea . The granite bases sand reflects unique emerald colours that inspired the name Costa Smeralda. Few minutes car away from shops, bars, restaurants. The complex is neighbouring ' Villa Certosa' the famous property of ex Italian Prime Minister.,

Summary: Enjoyed a weeks stay at Angela’s apartment which is spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities and more you will need. Quiet location with views to die for situated in a double gated holiday village which was very secure and with own parking space too. Very convenient for Marianella beach and Porto Rotondo.

Summary: Really nice apartment, everything as described - spacious living room, comfortable bed, practical kitchen and bathroom, well equipped. Information sent per email beforehand was comprehensive and useful and follow-up communication was prompt, friendly and our questions were answered. A friend of Angela's met up with us upon arrival and let us in and there was a little welcome present in the form of a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit awaiting us - much appreciated! The view from the balcony is stunning - the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the bay which we had to ourselves the whole time we were there as it was off-season. All in all it is in a lovely setting, very tranquil, just heard the wind and the waves and the crickets at night, perfect to wind down. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Summary: To put the best at the beginning: With the apartment everything was as advertised. Splendid view, excellent equipped with maps, kitchen utensils, furniture. Perfectly suited for two people. Located in a well kept, fenced in private property apartment complex. Angela is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the weather! Cold and rainy most of the time. Fortunately there were quite some books available. I would certainly love to come again when the weather is nice. Nevertheless, we had two very nice breakfasts on the sunny balkony.

Summary: The views from this apartment are fantastic, watch the sunrise in the morning, boats traversing the bay by day and the dusky skies followed by stars in your eyes....you could sit on the balcony all day. Well equiped and furnsihed and just a few mins drive from plenty of resturants if you can drag yourself from the balcony.

Summary: My husband and I had a fantastic stay in Angela's apartment. Angela was very warm, friendly and exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening after a 2-h flight delay. Angela picked us up from the airport and showed us the way to the flat. She also provided drinking water, fresh fruits and a bottle of wine in the flat which was very kind of her and really helpful as after travelling all day we did't have any energy to venture out to a nearby (20 min drive) supermarket. The flat was clean and full of everything you could possibly need on your vacation. We easily cooked a few 3-course meals there. There are also beach chairs and parasols available in the flat. But the main wow factor of the apartment is THE VIEW. Nothing beats the 180 degrees panoramic view this flat can boast. I wish I could attach some pictures to share. This is a sunrise side, so I urge you to ditch your sleep and get up to watch at least one mind-blowing sunrise on your very own terrace. There is also a small cove 5 min walk from the flat. You'll have to walk down and then climb back up a steep hill (there are steps), but anyone reasonably fit can do that. Out of season we had the cove just for ourselves at all times. I'd advise to bring divers boots with you for this reason. A long sandy beach is 5 min drive from the apartment. We found restaurants in nearby Olbia to be better and less touristy than in more affluent Porto Rotondo. You don't need to pay a premium for a stunning view when you have the one of your own that can hardly be rivaled by anything else. From the flat we explored surrounding Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo (way overpriced for no reason whatsoever), don't discount an airport town of Olbia (it has a great wine bar In Vino Veritas and a few genuine restaurants), in port of Palau we rented a boat to explore La Maddalena archipelago, we also drove for 2 hours to see an incredibly beautiful town of Bosa and visited Nuraghe Santu Antine (an hour drive). We can definitely recommend this place.

Summary: This was our first trip to Sardinia and certainly won't be our last. The apartment was clean and was in an ideal location. Fresh fruit awaited us. It was a short drive from the airport and set in a lovely area with easy access (you need a car) to many different places of beauty of interest. The views from the terrace/balcony were beautiful; breakfast in the sun or dinner in the cool of the shade if having a 'night in'. Angela was very helpful and arranged for us to be met at the airport so we could follow in our hired car to the apartment which had its own parking space via a security gate. An abundance of great beaches and excellent restaurants to visit. The only slightly negative point was that the apartment had a lot of 'stuff' in it. It was fine for two of us but would have been too cramped if we'd gone with two friends.

Summary: We have now been home for 5 days and we are missing the wonderful view from the apartment. The apartment was perfect and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing – we spent many hours on the balcony watching the boats! For us, the area was perfect, quiet and central location for sightseeing. What is advertised is what you get, the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Being met at the Airport and escorted to the apartment was so helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family and friends. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment, we would love to return one day soon.

Summary: My daughter and I have had a very pleasant stay in Angela's apartment. Angela kindly picked us up from the aiport on arrival. The apartment is exactly as described, very comfortable and the view is fantastic. (A wifi connection might be useful :-) )

Summary: Warm and helpful welcome at the airport from Angela & her husband. Comfortable spacious villa/appartment with plenty of seating. Beautiful coastal views from the main room. Good weather considering our stay was early in the season. Car needed but excellent location for visiting the Emerald coast. We would have felt happier at night if we were able to lock the patio doors. Over it was a restful enjoyable 2 weeks holiday.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Angela's apartment. Angela was waiting for us at the airport and was more than happy to wait with us while we picked up our rental car so that she could drive with us up to her place. The views are stunning before you even get inside - ocean front and 180 degress. The apartment is stocked with everything one could need, including a high chair and travel cot with an extra mattress and sweet little linens! The apartment was also extremely clean and Angela had stocked the fridge with lots of fruit, wine and water for us which was a great treat upon our arrival. The apartment is in a gated community and there is an assigned parking spot. Porto Rotondo is a quick drive away. The main supermarket is about a 10 minute drive away and there are another 2 on the drive up the Costa Smeralda (the one in Porto Rotondo is very expensive!). For those with small children it's important to note that the restaurants in the area open no earlier than 7pm. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to go back next year!
