Summary: This older lake house has been renovated and was very well equipped to meet all needs and wants of our 3 family, 10 adults and 4 children, reunion. The open concept between the kitchen, living, and dining room with lake views and large table was perfect for meals and nightly card games. The covered dock, and wide ladder access, made access to swimming a breeze. There are lots of steps but they are manageable with hand rails and lights. Access to 1 of the bathrooms was through the main bedroom, which with a large group was a little awkward, but hey, we were all family. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing reunion and this stay met all expectations at a reasonable price.

Summary: Gorgeous house, very clean, with tons of needed items. Full, well appointed kitchen with dishes, cooking items, most gadgets you would need on a trip. 2 coffee pots and an expresso machine. This house is made for large groups. Lots of space, areas to hang in or just have some private time. The dock is amazing with bluetooth speakers and a great ladder to easily get in and out of water for all ages. We swam and fished right off the dock. The kids hidden cubby was a huge hit as well as toys for them to play with. Some of the rooms were a little warm but fans in every room and our trip was in the middle of Sumner when Temps are highest.The host was a great communicator and responded to questions immediately. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return to this property again in the future.

Summary: We have never rented a place to stay. Our go to is usually hook up the camper pack the kids up with a group of friends and head out. This year all our kids are a little older so we decided something new. We had thought we booked a place in the Ozarks, but after booking I realized I didn’t. So booking the wrong place was definitely a 10/10. There was a couple small hiccups but Angela made sure we had the best experience. We were able to make contact with her immediately & was so polite & treated us so well. We would definitely go back! The property was super clean, stocked with everything you would need!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay so very much. Angela was a dream to work with and she made our trip so enjoyable. There were so many extras included that I did not expect. We were there for Thanksgiving so we did not get to enjoy the water. However our group of 16 to 20 people would gladly go back again.

Summary: Everything here is selected with love .The rooms were clean and cozy .We had an excellent stay. We love the view and every single detail the house offers. The owner creates great communication and help. This is also a great place to fish. We will definitely try to book in the future.

Summary: We had 16 people in the house and had a wonderful time. Didn’t feel like we were in each other’s way at all. The AC took a bit to cool off every bedroom but with fans no one was uncomfortable. Not being able to flush the toilet paper was funny but we made due. The private dock was definitely a bonus. The house was more than well stocked and we felt at home. Would stay again. Thank you!!

Summary: We had a group of 3 families come together for a family vacation, kids ranging from 3-18 and we all had a wonderful time. The dock was great for fishing off of and for all the swimming we did, and it was nice having the Bluetooth speakers on the dock too. The toys inside for the little kids was a great bonus for when they didn’t want to be playing in the water. The corn hole set has been left outside, so unfortunately it wasn’t in good enough shape to use, but we were so busy swimming or playing games inside that it wasn’t a big deal.The large dining table and island was perfect for our large group to eat at and play games around. We cooked all of our meals at the house and had everything we needed.The only draw back of the property was the older septic system and their request not to flush toilet paper.Overall we had a great relaxing family vacation.
