Surrounded by rows of vines, rolling hills and native bushland, this rammed earth home is filled with warmth, character, and charm. Step inside and into a sun-drenched open-plan living area with soaring ceilings, exposed timber beams, and panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling glass. The lounge features a cosy open fireplace and plush sofas, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the region. A long dining table sits beneath the rafters, making every meal a shared occasion, while the adjoining kitchen is spacious, practical and well-equipped for group cooking.
Venture out to the wraparound verandah where you'll find a covered alfresco area with a twelve-seater table—perfect for long vineyard lunches—and a second outdoor lounge that overlooks the expansive lawn and lake beyond.
The home is spread over two levels. Upstairs features a primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, and balcony access, plus a queen bedroom with serene views. Downstairs includes a queen bedroom, a room with a single and bunk bed, and fifth bedroom with a bunk bed, suitable for children, along with a family bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The home includes reverse-cycle air conditioning and an open fire for year-round comfort. Please note there is no Wi-Fi, providing the perfect opportunity to unplug and enjoy time with loved ones. Ample driveway parking is available, and as the property is part of a working organic vineyard, pets are not permitted. Please note that there may be machinery, tractors, and spray units on the farm from time to time. All spraying is organic.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Summary: Loved the fireplace. The outdoor area would be magic in summer. We were there for an event so didn’t get to appreciate the area like we would have wanted. To be honest the property is a little tired and needs a little bit of love. The dishwasher doesn’t work carpet upstairs is a little dodge. Additional bar fridge under kitchen bench labelled do not use, wondered why have it there? Drawers in kitchen very hard to open and close. Couldn’t fault service of Exclusive Escapes finding and returning a left item post checkout thank you.

Summary: After a disappointing start, we had a lovely stay at the property. It's centrally located. has a lovely view and grass areas for kids. The aircon worked well and the kitchen and laundry were equipped well. On approval the house did not look like it had been cleaned for a few weeks, it was dusty, with dead spiders and bugs everywhere, bird droppings on all the other side furniture which we had to clear (some were beyond cleaning). broken chairs, furniture and lamps. With some better maintenance, this property could be excellent and we would consider staying again if the cleanliness improves, especially since you pay a cleaning fee you would hope it would be clean on arrival

Summary: The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was very well equipped and we could access everything we needed. The setting is surreal & in such a beautiful spot. We had a lovely stay.

Summary: Great space and fantastic for families. Beautiful views. Lovely outdoor entertaining area. A manager needs to go through and address a lot of details though. Pots were dirty, the master shower was plugged badly, the master fan was falling out of the ceiling. Dull or broken knives. Cracked window. Disappointed to find a Hayshed Hill wine supplied within the Edwards Winery area. Management supply a number but there is no reception to make any calls or messages. Overall, this property is a major win and a hit with the kids. But the details need refining. Thank you for a nice stay.

Summary: We loved our stay here at this beautiful home! We had two families including one baby, and we were all so warm and cosy in this gorgeous home. The location is not too far from town and the wineries, the check in process was easy as. The only thing to be mindful of is one bathroom (and an ensuite) was a little squishy for 8 adults but not really much of an issue at the end of the day!m Thanks so much for having us :) X

Summary: Large house with a great set up for kids. The layout worked really well as 2 couples traveling with our young children. Well stocked kitchen and comfy couch. Very secluded but close enough to town and wineries etc
