The stylishly furnished house was entirely updated last year. Located in the up-market, friendly neighbourhood and close to all the tourist attractions & convention center (5 minutes by car). – All with hosts who put you first !
The house is surrounded by the most beautiful parks in town (Plaines d'Abraham- 10 minutes walking distance) and close to all the mountains (15-20 minutes by car). A 20 min walk or 7$ cab will take you straight downtown the beautiful Old Quebec (le vieux quebec). The back yard is awesome, fully equipped with a heated swimming pool, a wonderfull deck a BBQ .

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home in the Sillery area of Quebec City. The home comfortably sleeps 6 (7 if you bring an air mattress), and the pool area was modern, clean, and our 9-year-olds favorite place to be after a long day of touring around the area. The home is close to everything. My Step Father and I walked the 2.5 miles into the upper section of Quebec City. It is also within walking distance to a grocery store (literally a 3 minute walk away), restaurants, Laval University, and fantastic parks. The owner, Meline, was a great host and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in the area.

Summary: Great property with a lovely backyard space including a newer pool/deck/patio space that really feels twice the size that it actually is. Rooms were very comfortable and we loved cooking in the efficient and modern kitchen with the huge island. Would stay again next time we come to QC.

Summary: We loved this beautiful home. It was in an amazing location within walking distance of some great bakeries and restaurants. Everything was super clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was great. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool. We loved our visit to Quebec City and would definitely love to come back!

Summary: This house was the perfect location for our vacation in Quebec City. We liked the borough of Sillery -- it was very quiet. 1 block away: there is an IGA grocery store, and a few restaurants. About 5 blocks away: nice shopping/dining area with good restaurants, ice cream/chocolate shops, a few clothing stores -- all within an easy walk for us. Several parks were accessible within a 5 minute walk. The house had what I needed to cook in (I brought my own oils/spices). Coffee maker worked nicely. For tea, I boiled water in a pan. The air conditioner kept downstairs cool. Upstairs has air conditioning in 2 of 3 bedrooms, which was fine for us. The heated pool was terrific! We enjoyed swimming, and the back yard. Plenty of towels were available for the pool. The house was very clean, bathrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. You will need a car to get to the old city, about a 10 minute drive. Or, there are bus stops 1 block away, so you could ride a bus to the old city. The owners occupy the home when it is not rented, so there are family belongings in cupboards/areas marked "private" -- that didn't bother us as there was plenty of space available to unpack our things. I would have liked to have a broom/dustpan available, but didn't notice one in the non-private area -- perhaps I didn't look hard enough! The television is nice, but I didn't locate a DVD player available at the time we stayed (we bring movies from home when we travel). WIFI worked well for our smart phones, laptops. I definitely recommend this home -- it was bright, sunny, and comfortable! This is our 6th trip to Quebec City -- we enjoy the area very much!

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Melanie's property. Everything was as described, home is even nicer in person! The heated pool was a treat, especially for our 2 kids. The kitchen has everything to cook meals at home everyday, ideal for our family. Location is also great, not too far from downtown yet in a quiet neighborhood.
