The cottage is a traditional stone building with a modern kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating and a multi-fuel stove. It is located in the picturesque foothills of the Conwy valley. It is ideal for touring the Snowdonia National Park and the coast of North Wales with all of their famous attractions. Nestled in a peaceful valley, it is a short drive to Betwys y Coed, Conwy Castle and Llandudno.
It sleeps four people and well behaved dogs are very welcome. It has a large master double bedroom and smaller second bedroom with two single beds. There is an upstairs WC.
Brythonfa is a character cottage with exposed beams and slate walls but has unusually high ceilings for a traditional Welsh cottage, giving it an airy feeling.

Summary: A lovely little cottage - it looks even better than the photos! Nicely decorated and we enjoyed using the multi-fuel stove in the evenings. The shower wasn't fantastic, but it did the job and was as expected in a rural cottage. We sadly didn't get chance to make use of the garden, but it would be nice to sit outside on balmy evenings. Everywhere was clean and there was a small library of books and games to keep us occupied. No WiFi and very little mobile service-but that was just what we wanted. The village is nice and quiet but ideally situated for day trips. We visited Caernarfon, Conwy, Colwyn Bay, Llanberis etc and all were within a reasonable distance. Great for either a couple or a young family! Overall, a brilliant stay. Thank you!

Summary: Quiet setting with the sound of river flowing in the back garden. We also saw a woodpecker while washing up in the kitchen! Thank you for our eggs supply. Keep us going for the week :)

Summary: We came to Brythonfa for a weekend break. Very glad I chose it, such a lovely cottage. Very spacious and fully equipped. Spotlessly clean. Very comfy beds and lovely soft bedding. Love the quirks of the old cottage and reading about the history. The village itself is peacefully quiet and very friendly, everyone we saw when out having a walk spoke to us. Very easy check in and out and excellent communication from the owner. We shall be returning.
