This beautiful pristine Pearland home is located just outside of downtown Houston, approximately 16 miles to 23 minutes depending on traffic. South of downtown, easy access to the Medical Center, Museum District, Midtown, NASA, Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston.
The house has for your personal use 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 1 airbed, so quite capable of accommodating a large family.
I live in this home but never there when guest are visiting
Guests will have access to all common areas including living room, dining room, office , breakfast area, kitchen area, laundry and formal dining room.
Parties are never allowed, however, small gatherings are considered on a case by case basis. No visitors are ever allowed to spend the night, receive the guest or security code without prior approval. No Drugs, No smoking, No parties and No events without prior approval!!

Summary: I LOVED our stay here!!!!! We stayed here in between our move from one house to another. Property was very home focused, and we truly felt welcomed. Very sweet owner, anyone visiting would love her. Would DEFINITELY book again! She made us feel right at home!!! I highly recommend for anyone looking to look no further!!!!

Summary: First off…the House is Beautiful and spacious! 3 of us there for 4 nights. The feeling of the House is so warm and comfortable along with the owner. Will stay/book again in a heartbeat!! Thank You!! It just enhanced our trip to Houston. Will not book at a Hotel in Houston again if this is available.

Summary: It worked out well for my myself, daughter and grandaughter. Plenty of room and layout worked well for a 3 year old. We had all the amenities to feel right at home. Kitchen was spacious and great for cooking for my family. The owner was wonderful and very accomodating! It was a great stay.
