Just 6 miles from the Gettysburg Square. We welcome SCOUTS, FAMILIES/REUNIONS, YOUTH GRPS, or SMALL FAMILIES. The suite--2 bedrms--1 queen bed in smaller bedroom. 4 single beds and a full-sized crib in the larger bedroom. If group is larger, you can use the 4 comfortable queen-sized pull-out sofa beds—hotel quality, in the great room. 2 bathrms/showers. A 340 sq ft kitchen is attached to the suite, seating 12+. Your group may tent and use the bldg and ammenities. Strict $8/person/night over 5 people. Strict NO DRUNKEN PARTIES!!
You have access to the whole building plus the large yards and play equipment. Please stay out of the shed, barn, and cow field. You may walk the trails, woods, etc.

Summary: Check-in was fast and flawless, Bob and Debbie are great! Perfect location and a great setting. They've thought of everything - anything we may have forgotten was already supplied. Say hi to the cows and befriend their dog Gwen, you'll have a guard dog for the remainder of your stay! (I didn't get to ask, but I'd love to know what the structure was originally.)

Summary: What a beautiful piece of property to spend the weekend at. Group of 7 came in for Gettysburg bike week. This place was everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping spots 2 full baths full kitchen. Tons of greenery with some smalls trails in and around. Place was clean and the air was ice cold. Plenty of stuff to keep you busy inside and out

Summary: This place worked great for our family of 11 and we felt at home! It was well stocked and very comfortable with the added bonus of the ping pong table/table hockey and.plenty of other games/books.We really enjoyed the rural setting. We were able to visit Washington DC and also tour the Gettysburg National Military Park. Great memories for our family.Thank you Bob and Debbie.

Summary: This was a good fit for all of the people in our family to gather for the weekend. Toys snd activities for all ages of children. Plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to all of the Gettysburg tourist spots. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Summary: Our homeschool group was headed to Gettysburg for a two day trip and we needed somewhere to stay for just one night. We like doing vacation homes because we can keep everyone together rather than staying in a hotel with separate rooms. After looking around for options, we found this location and I was amazed at how affordable this was and wonderful the property looked. I communicated several times with the host and she was very prompt and answered all of our questions. We got to speak with her quite a bit when we checked in and she was just so kind and welcoming and she really wants to have a nice affordable location for large families or groups to stay. Even for a smaller family, this place would be great. There is a ton of room inside and outside and all kinds of supplies. Our group of 16 was very comfortable and we could have easily had more there. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay in the Gettysburg area.

Summary: Perfect location for an overnight stay with many kids. There were plenty of family-friendly activities for people of all ages. From toys for small kids to ping pong and foosball for the older ones. Plenty of space with fold out couches and easy access to destinations around Gettysburg.

Summary: Not fancy but definitely not uncomfortable either! Personally I don’t spend much time in my lodging when on a trip and don’t like to spend a ton on unused amenities. This is the perfect location for a family or some friends. Nice and close to downtown Gettysburg and the farm is beautiful.

Summary: We had a bunch of friends join us for a birthday celebration. It was the perfect spot, located away from the bustle of Gettysburg but close enough to enjoy. Everything about this property is great, the space is HUGE and stocked for anything you could possibly need. The land is beautiful and the dogs are super friendly. 100% RECCOMEND this place to stay.
