The house is a mere 7 miles away from the TPC course that hosts the Phoenix Open every year! Talking Stick Casino is only a few miles away if you would like to try your luck at the tables or enjoy world famous comedy and musical acts that perform. Spring training is almost upon us! The Salt River Fields are across from the casino and are home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies spring training camps! Summary: This house was meticulously clean with very soft sheets and fluffy towels! The host, Mary, was excellent to communicate with! Was exactly as represented and she thought of everything to make this a home away from home. We arrived after dark and she left some lights on for us which was so nice! The back yard, with the pool and hot tub, is beautiful and we loved playing the ring toss game provided on the back patio! GREAT location - close to shops, hiking and restaurants. Whenever we make our way back to AZ, we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for everything, Mary!

Summary: House is in an older section of Scottsdale, but the location is great being central to everything and the house furnishings were very comfortable. The yard with large pool and hot tub are a big plus. The house is also dog friendly so bring your fur babies. I would highly recommend this home to any of my friends.

Summary: Sunburst sanctuary was the perfect place to spend time with our grandson who was on spring break. The locality is close to most anything one would need. The house was spotless. Everything was perfect. We will definitely consider this property in the future.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for a month while we were in the area. The property owner/manager Mary made everything perfect for us and responded to every need we had. She even provided dog-sitting services for us! We really enjoyed the layout of the home and relaxing in the hot tub on the cool evenings. In warmer weather the pool would be great also. This home has all of the necessary conveniences for a short or long stay, the neighborhood is quiet and nice, we really enjoyed staying here.

Summary: This house is amazing! We were unfortunately traveling for an unfortunate event but this place was the perfect sanctuary to keep our spirits up!
