Lovely cabin sits on over two quiet acres with huge ponderosa pines and wild turkeys, deer, and other wildlife sharing the property at times. She is a great place to unwind and leave your cares behind you for a time. Full kitchen with everything you will need to create meals (simple to more complex) if so desired. Gas grill, awesome campfire area, tiki torches, camp chairs, and utensils await your s'mores, hot dogs, and sharing/storytelling. The loft has a queen bed, seating area, and a small library (children and adult selections) with a cozy pillow-filled reading nook. All are accessible from the indoor library ladder or full outdoor staircase. The downstairs futon can be pulled out for another queen bed and when outfitted with it's memory foam is super comfy. I brought my wrought iron furniture from Oklahoma so everyone can enjoy meals al fresco if desired. Since we are high atop a ridge most people get a pretty decent cell phone most rent this cabin to unplug. Smile. I look forward to helping you and your mate/family/friends create magical memories in my little piece of SW/central Colorado heaven.

Summary: My daughter and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway and this cabin was the perfect place. Melissa thought of everything when supplying the cabin, we felt right at home. We spent our days hiking on trails and came back to the cabin and enjoyed resting outdoors in her cozy areas around the property. The cabin was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Melissa and she is a great host, we enjoyed our visit with her. We hope to return someday.

Summary: Only one dislike and it wasn't a major dislike. The highway way was pretty close so we could hear it. But no major concerns. Loved the cabin.

Summary: This cabin was so beautiful. My husband and I got married while visiting Pagosa Springs and I cannot imagine a better place for us to have stayed. Melissa was an amazing hostess and so extremely friendly. We will 100% be back for anniversaries. Thank you Melissa!!!

Summary: Neighborhood is steep gravel roads, not good for Harley. Drive to Pagosa Springs much further than implied. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The cabin was very comfortable, cozy, warm and had all the amenities you might need. Location is close enough to shops but far enough out of the town that you have privacy. We saw deer, birds and squirrels on the property. Beautiful location. The hostess was also very helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely consider this cabin again.

Summary: Such a cute and cozy little cabin. The kind you imagine staying in when you visit the mountains. Melissa is an amazing hostess as well! Very considerate and communicative. Would totally recommend renting this cabin if it is just you or you and the spouse/significant other on a trip!

Summary: This property was amaizingly quaint. Away from the hassle and bussle of town. Our trip was a little different because of snow but I truely enhanced the experience. The wood burning stove is very romantic and with no wifi and limited cell service you can truely just considerate on whats important, the experience. Mellisa was great and very thorough with how to make the stay that much better and easy. If your wanting to really get romantic and cozy, I highly recommend this place.

Summary: We loved our stay at this lil cabin in the woods. Perfect location between Durango and Wolf Creek Ski resort. There was so much around to do, even in the age of COVId. So many hiking trails and we just went snow tubing near the ski resort and it was completely free. I did bring my own snow tube though. But we had a blast. Went to Durango one day, tried the hot springs another day. Pagosa Springs has a cute lil downtown with shops with a nice stroll down the river with the mountains in the background. Our trip was absolutely perfect. The cabin had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal. It was a good size for us as a family of three. Stayed very warm the whole time with the space heaters and wood burning stove. We will definitely come back for sure. We would love to see the area in the summer time as well. Oh we did need to rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up to the cabin. I’m not sure my lil Honda CRV would have made it. I think in general though it’s just a good idea to bring a 4 wheel drive for the area. Even to get to some of the trails I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable in my CRV. But overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Summary: Property was very clean and very well kept. Manager was excellant and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Great getaway spot for unplugging kids from technology and enjoying nature. Would recommend for outdoor lovers.
