About this space
This ground level property has been completely transformed into its own private residence. Two good sized bedrooms both with built in robes, open plan living with a full sized kitchen, central bathroom and secure remote control garage. This comes with access to the swimming pool, tennis court and the serene surrounding landscape which is fully fenced and has automatic gates. Plenty of fun options on the property with free WiFi, Netflix, campfires, moonlight cinema and so much more.
The space
The property is a double storey house on more than an acre lush green land. Both the levels have separate access. Landlord live upstairs and guests have exclusive use of the whole downstairs. It Is a kid-friendly and a pet-friendly property with lots of play space for the kids and pets. The kids will love spending time in the swimming pool, tennis court, trampoline and swing areas. Additional activities such as moonlight cinema, campfire fun can be organised at a small additional cost.
Please note that this property allows for 4 guests normally. Any additional guests will need to be discussed and approved.

Summary: Shekar and Rohini are lovely and really make the effort to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Myself, kids and dog actually stayed about 6 weeks in the gap of selling a house and moving to our new house. The grounds and the area is beautiful and location is close to all amenities. It was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, Our host was so helpful and friendly. We were so happy to be able to take our dogs. The property had everything we needed. It was fabulous value for a 2 bedroom unit that slept 5. Will definitely go back. Also their beautiful black Kelpie is super friendly.

Summary: Very reasonably priced and a pretty location. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable. New bathroom, but with drainage problems that need to be addressed. Kitchen is OK, but could be better stocked. Living area and bedroom decor very dated and could be spruced up easily. Curtains in the main bedroom coming off the wall, need to be replaced. The advertised washer was good, but there was no dryer, which was disappointing. Overall, we weren’t expecting luxury for the price and we’re not disappointed. Our 12 night stay, while our home was being painted was reasonably comfortable. Recommended if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay on the eastern side of Melbourne.

Summary: Must have sensor lights in backyard and driveway and when you open the front door as lightswitches are weirdy near fridge. Should ensure all furniture is odorless as couch was not pleasant to sit on. TV was never used as it was defaulted to TELSTRA or FOXTEL and zero ability to use TV stations. Should place a card or note that all sheets and towels were cleaned as this is critical or new guests to not second guess. Noisy top floor when owners walked made it hard to sleep as a light sleeper. Excellent use location and quiet area. If Owners improve what is suggested they can expect more renters for longer stays. Maybe a few more items in fridge would also be good as value added items.
