Positive: We had an unforgettable stay at the villa in Gili Air. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, but what truly made the difference was the amazing team. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I only managed to remember two names, June and [other name], but I would like to sincerely thank each and every member of the staff – you all played such an important part in making our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

Positive: The staff were brilliant and friendly. They went out of their way to help us throughout our stay and were very easy to contact via WhatsApp. There wasn't a request that was ever too much for them. The villa itself was beautiful and comfortable. The pool was a great size. Breakfast is ordered via WhatsApp and is brought to the villa which is a lovely touch. On our last day we ordered a floating breakfast which was presented beautifully. The complimentary foot massage was a lovely touch and could be organised at a time that suited us best. The villas are s very short walk from the harbour so you do not need to use the horses. And if requested, the staff will meet you on your arrival at the harbour. (They also escort you and your luggage on leaving the villas) There are so many restaurants and bars within a short walk from the villa. I would recommend hiring the bikes to explore the island too. I would definitely stay again if I was to visit the island again.
Negative: My other half struggled with the critters within the outdoor bathroom. They were harmless and didn't harm you but just a heads up to anyone that struggles with insects. This is not a critism at all to the property or the staff.

Positive: Everything!! The staff is so nice. The private pool is clean and beautiful. The room is very clean and the bathtub is such a fun experience. They serve a great floating breakfast in the private pool. It is close enough to everything fun to do but feels very private. The staff is all very friendly and really go out of their way to help. They even put flowers in the bathtub!
Negative: I loved it all.

Positive: Returning to A Villa was like coming home again. The staff June, Andre and Rene were so welcoming and catered to our every need, even when we were sick. Andre gives wonderful massages in our room. They helped us with our luggage to and from the harbour. Always with a smile on their face. We can recommend this villa to couples and small families, it is close to the harbour and to great restaurants on the snorkelling side of the island. We loved our 2 weeks here.

Positive: 1. Amazing and good hosts. Highly efficient and sweet People 2. Pool was good - good breakfast as well. 3. Bathtub and the room was something to die for 4. Wifi was quite good and you could spend a few hours on Netflix
Negative: 1. Food has to be ordered from nearby kitchens (although staff was really helpful in getting us anything) 2. Location of the property is around 500-600m from the harbour and you might to travel via narrow lanes. Water got logged on these lanes during our travel due to rain. So it becomes difficult to cross water logged roads to get to the beach.
