Summary: Clean, with a lot of space. Mister Nuñez is great. Once we got there we started to enjoy our vacation. It's a calm place close to the ocean and a lot of good food close of the place and easy access to all the west coast

Summary: It was a pleasant stay when we arrived at the house it was all clean extra towels. It is a quiet neighborhood fresh air we were very comfortable staying there next vacations we will stay there again .

Summary: The house is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are great restaurants all around, shops, grocery stores and everything you need very close by. Private parking is great. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will likely be back. Note: this has nothing to do with the property or the host, but if you are coming from America, be very careful which roads you take. Some of them are very dangerous and map apps will tell you to take them.

Summary: The property had everything we needed. It’s true that one of the rooms only has a fan, but if you leave the other bedrooms’ doors open during the day, it’s fine. When I go to P.R., I don’t stay in the house, I travel the island. This property is in a great location to do that. It is close to Rincon, Isabela and Mayaguez. A beach is just a 5 minute walk from the house. It was nice to walk to and see the sunrise. The apartment had an abundance of towels so you don’t need to pack any. There was also paper towels, condiments, coffee, etc. We really appreciated this property after we left to stay in a more expensive condo on the east coast that didn’t even have paper towels or trash bags. We are definitely planning to stay again.

Summary: Manager was wonderful with communication. Clean home but only two of three bedrooms were air conditioned. We would of enjoyed the whole house to be air conditioned.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, the host was friendly and helpful, and the house was great. Our family of 4 stayed here for a month. We loved the patio space, and there was plenty of room for everyone in house even when we had a friend over. The neighborhood is very safe and can walk to Panaderia and the beach.

Summary: We were instantly comfortable and very much liking this lovely three-bedroom apartment in Aguada. It was our home for us for just over two months. A key feature is a lovely and large terrace opening off the kitchen and living room, which we enjoyed as prime living space. We found the apartment clean and nicely appointed. One bedroom has a window AC unit. Instead, we used another bedroom with windows on two walls and a floor-fan and were quite comfortable sleeping. An on-demand shower head gave us all the hot water we needed. We found the apartment clean and stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. I would have loved to bring the queen -sized bed home with us. As part of our R&R, we enjoyed there being a TV with access to Netflix and Hulu, as well as several TV stations, offering ABC news out of NYC and PPS programming. The coastal shoreline is three blocks down the street, offering a range of restaurants and surfside bars. A pizzeria and panadaria/grocery store are equally close. As part of our exercise routine, we welcomed a pleasant, 20-minute walk to one of two major grocery stores in the downtown core with a stop for a coffee from Manuel's food wagon in the town square. Melgui is a wonderful and warm host who lives within the same compound. He met us at our shuttle stop on the edge of town and very generously took us to the grocers for our first order. He was immediately accessible and obliging when we had a question. Melqui's mother and stepfather are also next door and were equally friendly and welcoming. If you plan to forego a rental car, be aware public transportation is generally non-existant outside of PR's major urban centres and taxi service in Aguada itself is limited (Manny's Taxi is a good choice). There is similarly no UBER service. A rental from Charlie/Ace at the Agaudilla airport (BQN) is a great choice and quite affordable. All in all, we'd enthusiastically recommend this property.
