A comfortable and peaceful 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2,400 square foot home perfect for relaxing in a great game day location. (Also wonderful for graduation, family reunions, or wedding parties!) Surrounded by beautiful trees, and just minutes from the Stadium shuttle, you have easy access to Veterans Park, Zingerman's Roadhouse, Knight/s Steakhouse, Plum Market, and the Huron River. When you're not at the stadium, there's a beautiful 65 inch Ultra HD TV complete with Xbox One and a great sound system. A large deck is perfect for taking in a crisp fall day. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas on main floor are ideal for socializing. Dining table seats 8, with additional space for 4 more with extra chairs and kitchen bar stools. Sleeps 10 in beds plus two more super comfortable full size sofa beds & linens provided to comfortably sleep 12. Fluffy towels in three full bathrooms. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles, plus plenty of street parking. Small gatherings ok but NO parties & NO smoking.

Summary: Visited with 7 friends for a guys trip to watch a football game at the Big House. This house was perfect. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone and a huge TV in the living room to watch football. The location was very convenient and the check-in and out process was seamless.

Summary: We stayed there with our bridal party for the weekend of our wedding in Ann Arbor. It was the perfect place to stay. Everyone felt right at home and very well taken care of. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms for all. Large living room and kitchen for a big group. Many wonderful small touches to make us feel at home. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed with our family for a couple of nights over Big Game weekend. It was the perfect place to base for our crew. Plenty of space, well appointed home. Jesse made it very easy with lots of information about his home and great communication. Simple to drive downtown, and easy to get Ubers back and forth as well. Thank you!

Summary: This house far exceeded our expectations and needs. We were a group of 10 adults and had plenty of room for all of us. Jesse the host was very responsive and accessible. All of the bedrooms were well kept and very comfortable. The common space was roomy and had a good amount of seating for a crowd.

Summary: This large house is in a perfect setting for a family gathering. There are many bedrooms on the second floor, a large family room and table on the first floor, plus a basement with opportunities for the kids to run around.
