Summary: Excellent communication with host who answered any questions. House was clean with comforts of home. Beach is close walk in this narrow part of the island. Pool is a nice retreat from the beach (especially when weather isn't cooperating). Location is quiet with quick drives to attractions.

Summary: We stayed the last week of Aug and just had the best time. The views from the top floor and the rooftop were priceless and the size of the pool was amazing. We enjoyed the quiet location and the beach that was at 85th street was just gorgeous. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Definitely would stay again.

Summary: My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this house. The proximity to the beach was perfect and having the pool was great for the young kids. The older kids enjoyed the rooftop pool table and amazing view of the sunsets from the deck. The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. Look forward to coming back!
