Positive: A truly spacious and comfortable apartment with a great walk-in shower and excellent water pressure. Everything smelled amazing, with plenty of clean towels and natural light throughout the place. The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable—literally fit for royalty! The living room is also very spacious with a really big TV, and the AC works perfectly, which was a lifesaver during these hot days. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Split!

Negative: There is literally nothing I didn't like—this apartment is top-notch!

Positive: Really large good and comfortable room in a building with a recently renovated interior (all new). It has all the amenities. The bed is excellent. Nice decor and air conditioning. Easy car parking in front of building. The cleanliness is impeccable. The price it was fair.

Negative: The location is far from center, and in a bit dark street. It’s a bit confusing to find the entrance if you arrive at night. The room needs a blackout blind/curtain on the east-facing window (Room 8).

Summary: Space and Comfort at a fair price.

Positive: It’s newly renovated property. Everything was really nice about it. They got really nice showers and room was huge and price was so decent. I booked it at the same day and it was still cheap as compare to other places. It’s very nice and clean place to stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Negative: I consider myself a reasonable person, but I feel it’s important to point out a few issues. It seems like the property is being prepared for the season, but drilling at 9 AM, along with workers talking loudly in the hallway early in the morning—even on weekends—made it impossible to sleep peacefully, at least until 9:00. For someone on vacation, it’s not pleasant to wake up every morning to noise and maintenance work around the apartment. I understand this is not a hotel, but it’s also not a low-budget accommodation where such things would be expected. Additionally, the bed in my room is very worn out. The mattress and the topper are in poor condition, causing a dip in the middle that pulls you inward. I can honestly say this is one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever had in any accommodation. A mattress topper should be at least 8 cm thick if the mattress itself is not good. The bathroom also has issues. After every shower, the entire bathroom floor gets wet. At 1.80 m tall, it’s impossible to shower without splashing water outside the cabin—proper doors are clearly missing. The ventilation fan should be replaced as well; it is very loud and, more importantly, ineffective at removing moisture after showering. You asked whether everything was okay, and thank you for that, but these are not issues that can realistically be resolved during a guest’s stay, so I didn’t want to bother either you or myself at the time. The internet connection is extremely poor—practically non-existent. Even when connected, the signal is very weak, and the speed is too low to even stream a movie. It would be more accurate to categorize the accommodation as not having Wi-Fi at all.
